      SCAMMERS Ordered a combination winch bar for a flatbed trailer. After 5 weeks I complained and they responded and said they would drop shipping costs... never happened. 2 more weeks go by. I complain as zero tracking number was provided as it said it was in shipping the entire time. They finally sent me a bar I never wanted. I give up. Why this place is allowed to stay in business is beyond me. STAY AWAY. BLACK PLAGUE ****** ****** AIM TRANSPORTATION *********** **

      Well, wish I had looked at this before ordering. It has been almost a month, and I have not received the part. I, too, have called and left messages because you can't get anyone to answer. And I've emailed and sent the contact form they suggest you use. Nothing. I requested return of payment. We will see what happens next. Oh, and my order shows in shipping status! The order cost $40.00. How do you get that back? if no one contacts you?????

      I placed an order with them and after more than a month hadn't received product sent an email demanding refund said it would happen within 3 to 6 days it's been over a month and still nothing. scammers

      These scamming SOBs. I ordered over a month ago. Parts show in shipping. No one answers emails. I left a voicemail stating Id be glad to come beat 24 bucks out of their a** It was my fault for not doing the research before ordering! I hate a thief, and thats what this outfit is. Buyers beware.

      Just adding my scam experience to the mix. Placed a $200 order, paid extra for 2 day shipping. By day 4, the order still hadn't shipped and this company is unreachable - by phone AND email. Highly recommend not ordering from them!

      Same ordered months ago, no product. Shows " in shipping". No answer to numerous emails and calls. I'll be filing a fraudulent claim on my credit card tomorrow.

      I ordered *** medical exmainer cards on the first of November and never received my order. They charged my credit card on the same day. Today is December 9th and I still haven't received my order. I emailed customer support and *** **** replied to my order inquiry before thanksgiving and told me my order was supposed to be shipped on the Monday after thanksgiving. That was 2 weeks ago and my order status hasn't changed on the customer portal. This is so frustrating.

      This is a scam. Placed an order and after weeks of trying to contact them, received nothing. Had to call my ********** to get my funds back. You cant ever talk to a human on the phone ever. Stay away from this place. Ordered the same thing form another company and received it in 2 days. This company is the worst.

      USA Fleet Supply only supplied me with the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. I used this seller because of an attractive price and proximity to me, hoping to get the order quickly. My credit card was charged almost immediately after placing my order. I never received package tracking for my order which was to ship directly from the manufacturer. Now a month from when I placed my order, I have received nothing from USA Fleet Supply except lip service. My advice is to steer clear of this seller. My credit card company is now involved so I can get refunded for my canceled order. I reordered the items from Trailer Parts Depot for a little more money. They handled my purchase professionally. My package was at my door one day ******** advice to USA Fleet Supply. If you want to play with the big boys, you need to up your game and stop playing games with customers money and time.

      Same as everyone else...placed an order for an aluminum case and never shipped. Now i'm out $200. Bunch of crooks. I wish we could all get out money back somehow.
