  We recently had Quality Remodeling remodel a shower stall and half-bath.We are very happy with their quality of workmanship and hands-on guidance.We had some woodwork in the half-bath that we wanted to salvage, but it was questionable that it could be salvaged. Their technicians were very careful and were able to leave it in its original condition.We highly recommend Quality Remodeling for all your restoration needs.

  Quality Remodeling definitely offers quality. The company remodeled our kitchen and they were professional and available. My emails and phone calls were returned almost immediately. They worked with us on all aspects of the remodel to make sure we were satisfied and within the time frame that was set up. We could not be more pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them and plan to use them for a future bathroom redo.

  Quality Remodeling lives up to its name.From my meeting with *********************, to the project's completion, I was confident I had made the right choice for my bathroom reno.***** is superb. He answered all my emails, texts and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.He gave me valuable advice on choice of materials.He demonstrated compassion when I had a health emergency.All the crew were respectful and completed the project beautifully.I give a special shout-out to *****. He is wonderful.I will recomend Quality Remodeling and use them again for future projects.

  Had 2 bathrooms remodeled and they did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous, prompt, and provided great customer service. I would definitely work with them again and refer them to friends and family.

  They completely remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom, and we are very satisfied with the final product. Great help with the design. Highly ************* neighbor across the street has hired them for their master bathroom.

  I hired this company to replace my bathtub. They quoted 2 days and it ended up taking a week. Then they had to come back to fix all the damage they did to the window frame, paint on walls, door frames during the installation. Now 15 months later, the shelves are coming off and the wall panels are detaching from the bathtub. I contacted them and I was told it was my fault and they could fix it for a fee. Please do not use this company. They have amazing reviews on yelp, ****** etc but please do not be deceived like I was.

  This company is a joke, my story is very long, but now we are facing major electrical and plumbing code violations, No junction boxes, exposed wires, wrong plumbing fittings that can cause black mold in our ice maker. Insulation or put back in place. If your having issues with them like **, call your county and **** of Va, they have been very helpful as we start our legal process against Quality Renovations/ Quality Remodeling owned by *************************** of ********** **, website looks awesome, Angies list gives them 5 stars, but this company is a nightmare. Anyone want to look at pictures or video let me know. Please avoid this company, dont want to see anyone else go through our nightmare

  Hello! We requested information based on items you stated in this BBB review as well as in several emails. You stated that you are having several issues as far as electrical, plumbing, and more. We completed your Kitchen project as well as your bathroom project almost a year ago and have not heard anything from you since. I was personally at your home before you posted this review to help with the situation. The unfortunate piece of this situation is that you have had other contractors work on your hardscaping as well as electrical under your home. Quality Remodeling does everything to ensure that proper guidelines and procedures are followed. You demanding us to go under your home and bring everything up to "code" is a task that I can not handle blindly as your home is not brand new nor have we been the only contractors working on the home.
  Mr. ********** I am sorry to hear how upset you are and as mentioned above we are happy to assist in any reasonable way possible, but we will not take false responsibility for issues we did not create.

  ***** you’re a joke and a liar, you know you’re to blame for my kitchen renovation code violations, we will see you in court. I can’t wait to finely put a crook in his place. If any of you all out there use this guy and his company get ready for lies and excuses and nothing on time also it looks like your getting good at responding to complaints here at BBB, also anyone that wants to see your beautiful under house work please let me send you pictures. Also **** will be calling soon, I can’t wait for you to see the surprise we have for you we have found..it’s amazing how you sleep at night knowing families are at risk with your work. Karma baby, and yours is on its way
