      I have run into 2 issues with Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Richmond:1. I purchased a vehicle from Sheehy on June. The sales process was easy and streamlined, however there was a shake in the car when you reached a certain speed (*****). At the time, the service department "could not replicate" the issue, and I was told if the issue continued after purchase to contact my sales rep and Sheehy would resolve the issue. The issue continued and I contacted my sales rep to get it resolved. I was told to contact *********************** (our car is a Chrysler Pacifica and ******* brothers is across the street is a Chrysler dealership). I did that and set an appointment at the earliest possible time slot (it ended up being August 26th 8am). I brought the car in and was not provided a loaner despite being a part of the *** club... They diagnosed the issue as a bent rim along with some other items. Upon contacting Sheehy, no one would respond and acknowledge the issue or that the car would be repaired by them. I ended up taking the car back after 5 days in the shop and having to pay the inspection fee to ***********************. After leaving multiple voicemails with sales managers and hearing NOTHING back, I went in to the store and was told Sheehy was aware of the issue and they will help me resolve it. It has been 3 weeks now and the car is still not fixed... I either want my car repaired as promised (why they would sell a car with a bent rim baffles me!), or to return my car with a refund plus interest. 2. Upon not being able to have a loaner car while the Pacifica was at ******* ***** I cancelled my *** membership. I still have not received a refund for that. I also called to cancel my warranty and they have not refunded me for that either.I am now $160 in the hole with a broken car that was sold to me and being ghosted by the company that sold it to me. The *** and Warranty are BS and not worth it. Any help would be appreciated at this point to get this issue resolved.

      On September 5, 2022 I purchased a truck from Sheehy Ford, ******************************************************************************. When I took delivery of the vehicle, I encountered the following problems;No delivery paper, or ******** State Temporary tags, after much delay they were provided,Incorrect address on the *** paperwork and vehicle registration, which cost me addition time and expense,I had purchased an extended warranty and was told by ***********************************, during the sales process the deductible would be $100.00, upon receipt of the printed paperwork the deductible was stated as $250.00. She was not there when I took delivery.Phone messages for ***********************************, Finance Manager, and ********************* General Manager have not been returned.I would like someone from Sheehy Ford to contact me to explain the deductible misrepresentation and possible solutions and if I terminate the extended warranty how I will be refunded for the ******** State Sales Tax, approximately $91.30, that applied to the cost of extended warranty.Obviously, nothing can be done about Sheehy Ford staff indifference to the customer after the sale. This is very typical of car dealers unfortunately.Please advise if you can be of any assistance, thank you
