      I purchased a car from Sheehy Ford Richmond which cleared their 150 point inspection and was a blue certified vehicle with money back guarantee. According to their policy I could return it within 5 days of purchase or 300 miles. **** I got the car inspected by a third party mechanic it had fatal issues including a nearly worn out break and corroded transmission. I felt its effects when I was driving as well. Concerned for my safety I chose to return the car.**** I tried returning the car, the managers denied their own guarantee policy and talked technicalities for about 5 hours. They took my deposit of 5k and charged me an additional 2k for a car worth 17k to return. Overall I lost 7k for a car that was probably not even worth 12k. I guess I was at fault for trusting their policies and ethics. But perhaps my story can help you avoid the same mistake. Avoid this dealership like the plague.

      Worst ****************** I scheduled an appointment with Sheehy Ford on 04/27/23 because I needed an oil change. My truck was also due for an inspection. When I made my appointment time. I waited 3 hours for the work to be done. Nobody came to give me any update. I had to ask 3 times before someone got up to go check. They came back to tell me they havent started yet.
