    I received minor services from Advanced Plumbing LLC a few months ago and never received a bill (email or mail). When the technician was at my house, I asked how I pay and he simply said "the home office takes care of that". Well until October 2, 2023 I had heard nothing from the company despite calling and emailing. Then on October 2 I received a voicemail where the company threatened to put a lien on my house if I do not pay in the next 10 days. The representative, when they left the voicemail, didnt leave any information on how to get in touch with the company to make payment.Since October 2, I have called about 10 times and left 4 or 5 voicemails and have not received any call back. To date I dont know how to pay or how much. I want to pay them the amount I owe, but as I mentioned I dont know how much that is or how to make payment. Could someone from the BBB please help facilitate communication because despite my best efforts, including leaving a voicemail with the **** I have yet to receive a call back.

    On Aug 22, Advanced Plumbing, LLC performed a service call at ****************************************************  The appointment was scheduled by ************************* and a phone number and email address were provided.  The invoice was generated by the office and submitted to the email on file where it was viewed multiple times (our accounting system records all interactions with an invoice and attaches date stamps to each interaction along with the name of the individual interacting).  Once the invoice became past due we reached out by phone, email and physical mail to the numbers and addresses on file - again, multiple times.  ************************* responded by claiming to be in SC and to have no connection to the property (City property records show the owner of record as ************************* at the property address in ********, **).  We in fact had multiple conversations with ******************** who maintaiuned he was not affiliated with the property until I personally responded to him with a statement of facts and notification of the lien filing.  On Oct 11th, the bill was paid in full and we are happy to have this situation closed on our books and wish ******************** the best with any future plumbing needs.
