Worst Integrity and loyalty to customers. Beware of this dealership. They do not follow their own warranties and agreed services. I am not a disgruntled employee. I purchased a vehicle from Priority Nissan that guaranteed free for life oil changes and state inspections. I was denied those services today as an invaluable customer. Once this dealership changes their name they will find ways to void any warranty or free services to the customer. As a disabled veteran that has served our Country and community, I highly recommend you do business with another dealership, you work hard for your money and should spend it with a dealership that appreciates you. Anyone can sell you a vehicle, it is how they take care of you after that matters. If you think that this is a BOT ****** Priority nissan newport news lawsuit.

Came with my own financing ready to buy a car. Sat down with them and started the haggling process and was willing to pay sticker price. They refused to follow through with a sale that was at ADVERTISED price and said the extra millenium package was required in order to sell the car. It was NON-NEGOTIABLE. Since it wasn't baked into the price advertised online, they are fraudulently taking advantage of people and hoping they don't notice the itemized price of the car. These are illegal business practices and this is NOT a reputable dealer.

Saw a car online and went to look. Liked the car and the price. When shown the sales breakout there was this extra "package" installed that was ***** more than list that I no option to eliminate. False advertising if you ask me. Sales lady ****** was rude, way too intrusive, and argumentative. I had cash in hand ready to buy.
Will not set foot there again.

I have a 2012 Nissan Altima with less than 56,000 miles. Took my car in for a recall and to have the BCM replaced. They charged me for a battery, told me the airbag light was on which is was not. Then wanted to charge me 10,000 to fix wiring for my windows that was part of the BCM. Funny thing is I picked my car up and all the windows are working but one. They had my car for 2 weeks the first time and did not cut off the airbag light nor do the recall. My dashboard was scratched and cracked, which I showed an associate and the rear tail light was cracked all the way down the bumper like something was dropped. Spoke with Nissan USA, which they contacted the service manager. Service manager was going to handle everything. Texted service manager on March 30 and told him I would drop my car off that Sunday. Monday morning they called and told me he retired on Friday, so my agreement was no longer valid as they had no idea what we talked about. Took me 4 days to get ahold of them and they will only fix the recall. Attempted to call Mills Auto Group, who owns them, with no answer. Classic Nissan has the worst customer service I have ever seen. My car came out of the bay doors worse than it went in. I didn't even want to give one star. I have never seen such stupidity and confusion in one work place in my life. Each person had a different lie to tell until I picked up my car and find out all of them were lying. This service manager that retired probably agreed to fix the stuff with my car as he knew he was retiring and didn't want to say anything.
