My Subaru Forester was delivered today as originally proposed. A timing glitch with the first driver so I called Safemile Auto Transport and told them what was going on and he offered to put the job back on the bidding site and within an hour, he found a company who would pick up the 27 and deliver the 28th and that is exactly what they did. Thank you SAT for taking care of me and getting my vehicle here on time. I had an experienced driver who was very professional and knew what he was doing. Tom was the first person I spoke to when I was searching for a transport company and though I was going with another company, I cancelled and went back to Tom and SAT. Don’t do the cheaper route, there’s not that much $$ difference but customer service is priceless. Many don’t answer their phone once you sigh. Safemile will take your call and solve the problem. You will be in good hands with this company.

The bait and switch, (Maybe) This would be hard to prove. There disclaimer about delayed delivery. Well That should not be an excuse for for sloppy service scheduling. Giving delivery date . Should be paramount objective . They FAILED at this. 6 days NH. to FL
No bad weather no major road closures no Hurricanes just poor scheduling and a claim of vehicle trouble. Really ! That's just blatant abuse of there disclosure.
So beware delivery is low on there objective and other wise its a n aggressive Co. that wants your business and will jump to load your vehicle quickly . But that's where it ends.Safemile Auto Transport

Grateful for this team! Delivered as promised in 24 hours across country! My van was stolen out west and recovered in the east. Safemile quoted the price, pick up our van at a tow yard and delivered it the following day! When they said 24 hour transport, I was apprehensive but they delivered on time, price as quoted! Great job to the young drivers, all of my personal items remained in the van even though a window was busted out. Thank you to John for taking my many phone calls with sure assurance, having been burned by a different company in the past with cross country transport I was nervous this would be a repeat of last “ Driver lost in route, working on location”.
