    Great service with Serena on February 18, 2025. I have one question about the response team to each alert team member on what they do when Life Alert goes off and they cannot get a response from the patient who owns it. When they call the people on the list to respond to their friend or family members. What is said to that person or what kind of message do they leave for that person that should respond to their friend or family member? Just by saying alert response, they might think that it is A solicitor or a spam call which on cell phones most people don’t answer. If you don’t know what they each person says on the call that I think you need a meeting about what they should say and do. If telemarketers can do the same script when they make a call for help for the client then a response team that is checking on the person that is either injured or unable to help themselves To get help.
