    Two days in a row, I have had the pleasure of working with Diane and Cynthia. Very competent and polite. They treated me with respect and kindness. I am not happy with the insurance people I talked to. They set me up with an Advantage insurance with a UCard. They said there would be no gap or deductible with the prescriptions. I would be charged $***** a month for one of my meds and no charge for the other two. First month I was charged the ******. Next month I was charged *******. I called and was told by Dave, It was just this one time. It would go back to $***** next month. Well, the next month I was charged ******* and the next month *******. This looks like a bait and switch. Fraud. I am not surprised that no one trust ****** ********** anymore.

    Cardell was very helpful explaining how to charge the necklace and what the different red and blue flashes meant and initiated sending me another welcome package since I could not locate mine. He also transferred me to the billing department for them to answer a billing question I had. I was very pleased with the patience and help he gave me.

    Joanne was very helpful and solved my problem right away. The only thing I didn't care for was she asked me if I had Medicare A & B. When I told her I did she transferred me to a Medicare representative without telling me she was doing that. I already have a Medicare broker and have had him for several years. If she would have told me what she was going to do, I would have informed her of the fact I did not need to or want to be transferred.
