Horrible customer service. They have not dumped our dumpster in over 3 months. We have paid the bill and they say they will be there Monday, but 2 Mondays later they still have not shown up. When we call, they say we need to pay more money. We called and told them to come get the dumpster and they said we needed to pay more money. They never dumped it on a regular basis. It was convenient to have the dumpster, but now it is just unsanitary and overflowing with trash. They are not easy work with, they don't answer calls and only use email to bill you, but don't respond to emails either.

The details of reasons why your container was not emptied have been discussed with you. Both parties have agreed to discontinue the business relationship, and Meridian Waste has already collected the container. Meridian Waste believes this matter has been brought to resolution.
