    I purchased a mattress from NRV Furniture 10/10/2018. I had the mattress only 4 years, it has big lumps across the upper half of the mattress. I went back to the store and talked to lady, she said to take pictures and send her pictures which I did. She said that the mattress that I bought they no longer carried,but, she was sure he would make it right. That has been almost 3 months, I have not heard anything since then. When I call they won't pickup. The mattress had a 10 year warranty. He sure doesn't standby what he said on Tv

    I spoke with you two weeks ago regarding the issue.  That mattress has been discontinued and we are working to find you something comprisable.   It's actually the manufacturers warranty and not a store warranty.  You can file a complaint with the manufacturer.
