      Outstanding from beginning to end. Successfully obtained the insurance claim, installed the roof on time and in high quality manner. All personnel were competent, courteous, reliable and professional. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

      The team work wonderfully together with a great deal of respect for myself, family and the environment. Arrived when scheduled and performed the task admirably. Smart Roof is a respectful company to deal with. Starting with the sales rep all the way to the last laborer cleaning my yard.

      SmartRoof was amazing from the day they stepped foot in my driveway. Kevin Lukowski showed up one day stating there had been reports of hail in my area and wanted to check for damage. He proceeded to then take nearly 100 pictures of damaged areas from hail and wind on my roof and we immediately started a claim with my insurance company. Soon after he was back at my place when the claims adjuster came out to look and helped point out all of the damage. A week later, I was approved for a new roof by my insurance company. I then met Doug Morton who helped me find exactly what I needed and I was then on the list to get it taken care of. It took a couple months, unfortunately due to the amount of rooves being replaced in the area I wasn't the only one. Finally, replacement day came and I met my project manager, Dave Dobson, who ensured everything would be done with the utmost professionalism. 10 hours later, my roof replaced, had a lifetime warranty, AND while I had a little siding damage, Dave ensured the crew came right back out and fix it. The ease of using Smartroof is simply that, Smart! I highly recommend them - very reasonable as far as price goes also!

      Our roof shingles were replaced due to storm/wind damage and gutter guards installed for convenience. From inspection to completion, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you, Brian A., Haley B. and Jonathan N. for making this process easy!

      Roof was damaged by storm and SmartRoof did a very professional and efficient job to replace the entire roof and gutter. Also managed communications with the insurance to cover the costs. I’d highly recommend SmartRoof, especially Reynaldo and Mike.

      If I could leave a Zero I would. This company is deceiving, horrible in communications, promise one thing and delivers another. Bills insurance for one product yet delivers a different product. They are a company with bottomless verbiage that you should walk away from.

      SmartRoof did a great job replacing our roof. The process was easy from start to finish. All employees I dealt with from beginning to end were great. The crew arrived on time, worked hard and did a great job cleaning up. I was especially impressed with our SmartRoof Project Manager, Frank S*********. He was professional, polite, and responsive. He was quick to reach out before project started with instructions. He let me know right away when work had to be canceled and rescheduled due to rain. He coordinated times he would be stopping by the day of project and also texted to coordinate time he was stopping by after project was finished to pick up payment. He gets extra points for being good with our German Shepherd. He was a pleasure to work with and was able to answer all questions and deal with any concerns we had about the project.

      Just had roof and gutters replaced by Smart Roof. One Smart Roof employee in particular stood out as a tremendous representative for Smart Roof and an all-around professional. Frank Scarchilli expertly managed the project. He responded calmly and professionally when I wasn't completely satisfied. He worked hard to ensured that I was completely satisfying before departing. Smart, poised and thoroughly confident. What a pro!
