      Excellent service, from JJ who assessed our needs and dealt with insurance, to Haley in sales and Lucas who managed the project. Special mention to Jesus and crew who worked in sweltering heat and in storms to deliver an excellent outcome in two days.

Exemplary professionalism by Paul M. with his initial inspection, Sarah W. In scheduling, and finishing with Frank S. who managed the project through completion.       SmartRoof was great to work with and the roof/gutter installation was flawless. In addition, they helped us navigate the insurance process (roof was damaged by a storm). Our Project Manager, Francis S*********, made sure we were kept updated and he handled everything. I also appreciated the fact that he was reachable on his cell regardless of day/time. I definitely recommend SmartRoof to anyone looking at the services they provide.

      Excellent seamless process from initial inspection to installation of a new roof. Everyone from the inspector, Jong to the sales rep, Jeremy to the project manager, Jonathan were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and excellent communicators. And the roof looks great.

      I noticed that a neighbor had a new roof installed so I asked for details and she gave me the SmartRoof referral. I contacted the company and very soon I had a representative at our house.
      Over weeks the company representative worked diligently with our insurance company to get good coverage for hail damage and another rep worked with us to choose the right materials for our project. Te project manager was thorough in seeing through to the completion of the job. Materials were dropped off on the day specified and a team of 6 workers came the following day to take the old roof materials and install the new roof. It looks fantastic, and I can say that I wouldn't have had my roof replaced if it hadn't been for the hard work of SmartRoof throughout the process. The only trouble I experienced was with the accounting office and trying to make our initial deposit, but we finally got the issue solved.

      Great company to work with.
      They actively worked with our insurance company to get the most adventitious outcome for us. Communication between all parties was very good and timely.
      Thanks to Isabelle, sales representative, and Jonathan, our project manager ,for making the entire process seamless from start to finish. A further thank you to the team that labored hard to replace our roof. Well done, it looks great.

      Smart Roof did an amazing job of keeping me updated and working around my schedule to complete the work in one day. Michael who was the project manager kept me informed and was able to answer all of my questions. He thoroughly inspected the work and explained all of the work that was completed. They finished in one day and the new roof looks great! A great experience!

      Working with Smart Roof was a very pleasant experience. The site manager, Lucas Williams was dynamic.. He kept me informed on the procedures and expectations from the start, and throughout my roofing process.. I was able to contact him at anytime with any concerns I had and he was able to clearly explain anything I didn’t understand.. Thanks Lucas for being so professional..
