      SmartRoof worked with our insurance and identified hail damage that resulted in a significant insurance payout. They also did good work installing our new roof. Their price was fairly steep, but given that they handled the hulk of the insurance side, it was worth it.

      The SmartRoof company and it's field workers deserve high recognition for their professionalism and hard work. In particular I would like to convey my thanks to Mr. Kenzig R***** who first met and worked tirelessly with me and the insurance company. He is a real go getter. The four gentlemen who worked incessantly on the roof from 7:30am till 8:00pm are the other SmartRoof staff whom we recognize for their diligence.

      The crew, Lucas W, Remberto, Cal; did a great job resolving issues that arose. I appreciate their professionalism and dedication to getting the job right. I highly recommend SmartRoof. Luke S launched the entire SmartRoof process with a seamless estimate that supported my insurance claim. I will definitely be recommending SmartRoof to my friends and neighbors.

      Smart Roof did a great job replacing our roof in a timely fashion. They worked closely with our insurance company and ensured that everything was taken care of. From start to finish from organizing, planning, and executing the project - all team members kept me fully informed at all times. Would highly recommend!

      Our SmartRoof experience started Nov-2021 when Todd S**** knocked on our door. I typically do not buy from door-to-door salespeople, but our roof replacement was on our radar anyway, so I gave Todd a few minutes to explain SmartRoof. It was obvious from the start Todd knew a lot about roofing and the various insurance companies and how to work with them. It is now Aug-09-2022 and our main roof and wrap-around metal porch roof are now officially complete. The timeline seems like a long one but between COVID, supply chain issues, rainy spring and summer, the summer heat, and last but not least our lovely HOA - we finally got it done and everything looks great. We had two (2) teams working on our project - the asphalt roof and the metal roof team. Both teams were very conscientious with our property and cleaned up after themselves including running around our property dozens of times with nail magnets and picking up stray nails and staples. Today David D****, the SmartRoof Project Manager came to inspect the final product and ran our yard once again with a nail magnet (even got a couple of straggler nails). We noticed one part of the metal roof corners were kind of odd looking - nothing major, and David P*** took photos and will have a crew come back out to tweak the metal roof corners. And with that, we signed off on the project. These guy did an absolutely amazing job and I would highly recommend them. They walked us through the entire process from A-Z (including how and what our insurance company will do and that process, too). Even with the rather lengthy timeline getting our roof replaced was a relatively smooth experience and the final product is outstanding. It's clear that the company places a high value on customer support - all of our questions were answered promptly throughout the process. Based on the overall positive experience, we would refer them with confidence to anyone in need of a roofing company.

      I met William V******* of SmartRoof Inc. when he knocked on my door. He was a consummate professional who advocated for the issues with my roof with the insurance company. He remained in touch with me throughout the process and even when the roof was being installed. The work itself was excellent and professionally managed by the Project Manager Jonathan N****. They started on time and finished all the work in 1 day when they had originally estimated it to be a day and a half. I strongly recommend this vendor to all who may have a need.

      They are well organized and did absolutely everything that needed to be done. All of the people, including the workers, were friendly and knew their jobs well. Special thanks to Justin MacFarland who discovered the damage on the roof; Michaella Ulses who finalized the process and to Lucas WIlliams who supervised the project. A quality product and a quality operation.

      Our roof job started and was approved by my insurance company because of the Smart Roof expertise and with little effort on my part. The Smart Roof install crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job in one day. Care was taken to avoid any damage to items associated with the property. After the installation the property was cleaned, leaving no sign that the work was ever done. The roof is beautiful and we appreciate the great and professional job done.

      They have streamlined process to complete the work. Company took the responsibility to take care of insurance claim from beginning to end. They have completed the work with good quality as they promised. Jonathan Nytes coordinated the ground work to complete efficiently.
