      While the search for the "right" company to undertake the dreaded roof replacement was a task in itself, the opportunity to compare with neighbors with whom the same storm damage had taken place was enlightening. I had at least three companies with whom to compare. Smart Roof was having great reviews from the local neighbors with whom we spoke.
      From the initial interview process, through the mundane, but necessary steps for approval by the insurance company, and eventual contractual process, the team members were knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. That last element was anticipated from the sales side, but the final result proved out our eventual decision. The crew that arrived to do the work, overseen by Lucas W*******, Regional Project Manager was exceptional. Their work ethic, professionalism and courtesy with regard to the required 'interruption' of our daily interface with the required roofing removal of old and reinstall of new roof was delivered extremely professionally. The end result was a new roof to be proud of, and my recommendation for Smart Roof to be considered for anyone who needs a professional organization on which to rely for Roofing needs.

      Excellent experience working with the entire team. Very methodical, very committed team members. Everything was done according to plan. Even the team give me sufficient information in the event they have to make any date change.

      The team from Smart Roof did a great job. They have the process down to a science. Although there were a few issues after the roof replacement, they were very quick to correct them. Jon the project manager was fantastic.

      Excellent!!! The whole process was smooth and effective. SmartRoof personnel were very courteous, very professionally and there customer service was outstanding!!!! From start to finish.

      The crew at Smart Roof was absolutely professional, efficient, clean and on time.
      Christian and Lucas were wonderful to work with and very responsive.
      Some other other colleagues where I don’t remember their names were wonderful as well keeping me up-to-date on the process

      Jonathan was great! Roof looks good. Gutters look good. They left a sticker on one of the gutters, but Jonathan had them come back and remove it within a few days. Thanks!
