    The owner of this business has stolen an expensive bike rim from me. ***** accepted 750 dollars from me for a dropper post, tires, and cassette upgrade from 11 to 12 speed. I didnt hear from ***** until 17 days. He lied about calling and leaving me a message. I go to pick up the bike, the dropper post he ordered was wrong, he put a e bike chain on, and and 11 speed cassette he also told me that my rim was cracked. So hed give me a spare until a new rim came in. He told me five days for the dropper post and rim. Its been ten days and he hasnt returned any of the many calls.

    I purchased a bicycle from Coqui's Cycler Owner ***********************************, in April 2023. I dropped the bicycle off at the store for repair on October 23, 2023 of a part this is under warranty. I have not heard from the store or the owner regarding the progress of the repair. The store has posted hours, ******,W,F,Sat, but the doors have been locked for the last two weeks. I have left a message on the store phone, but now the phone rings until voice mail picks up and it is full and you cannot leave a message. Every time I go to the store there are at least two other customers standing outside in the same situation I am in. I have been in contact with one of the employees and they are telling me the employees have not been paid and are not having their calls answered either.
