      Terrible credit card service I have on auto pay and still charged late fee and they wouldnt refund go to chase

      Limiting lounge access to primary VX card holder is not making any sense for most of the people that travel with their spouse. Please at least allow one guest for free.

      On auto pay but it was turned off because I had a fraud concern. I called two times and reviewed my information (which took 30 minutes ) and was told within 15 min I will have access. Both times after we hung up I had no access. I called again and was very upset because I work two jobs and my father passed that week. I am also buying a house and cannot have a late payment. I called and was upset they kept transferring me . Of course all of them are outsourced reading from a screen after work and cannot understand the basics of english. after that I realized they resported me late to the credit bureau. . Its so frustrating because it now has jeopardized my home buying process and its permanent. They refused to remove it.

      I saw some others posting this same thing with the Kohls credit card and we experienced this as well. We received a bill due 6/2. We called to make a payment and were told we owed more than the amount due do to interest. The bill wasnt due yet and yet we were charged interest? They tried to explain that the interest was charged from March but, we paid the bill in April. We have had a card for 12 years and have never experienced this before. We paid what was owed on the bill and will never shop at Kohls again. So disappointed. Not only that we asked for a call back several days before that and never received a call.

      I have a charge on my account that I disputed. I wrote a four page letter explaining the situation, and I also provided proof that I was scammed.

      After *********************************************** purchases on my card each year, I finally needed their help with a purchase that was clearly fraud. Capital One is claiming that any website that says all sales are final must be paid even if they do not deliver any product. The merchant won't talk to me because I challenged the charge, and Capital One will not talk to the merchant because their website says all sales are final. Capital One is the worst credit card company in history. Do not use them under any circumstances.

      If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. I have a checking account with ********************. This has been the worst experience of my life! I have called about the same fraud case over 10 times. This company does not care one bit about fraud reports or attempting to get their consumers their money back. I have over $3,200 that was stolen from me. Every time I call, they give me a complete runaround. I have sent in police reports several times. The company is completely outsourced so theres a huge language barrier. All they do is repeat themselves. Which makes them sound more like they do not care about the customers issues. They've told me they haven't received them. Not to mention this is not the only fraudulent case I have with them. They always deny the cases due to login activity which makes no sense at all! I am furious. I regret the day I opened a checking account with this company.

      ******* one keeps allowing charges fom *********** even though my membership at *********** ended at least three years ago and Capitol One has been informed before that no charges from Ourtime should be *********** entire balance will be paid off by June ******* and I'll never have another Capitol One card.

      I found out my car payment was returned by my bank because Capital One had an old bank account number on a previously closed ********************** card account. I had to call twice to get my issue resolved. Since the old bank account number was stored on a closed ********************** card, this occurred. Even though my loan account has all the correct information, including my current checking account, this still occurred. Now my car loan is 4 days past due and I had to make another payment with my debit card, which costs 4.95. What the heck???

      We booked a round-trip flight through capital one booking, our connecting flight didn't exist. So we had to pay out of pocket to take a train and a bus and book a hotel to get where we had to go. On top of that it took a week and a half to get a refund after going back and forth with them, supposedly they couldn't get in touch with the airline, so basically we spent a majority of our vacation dealing with them. Never again will we book anything through them!!!
