This company charged $500 for NOTHING. They made us pay a $240 dispatch fee to come out and then charged $272 for labor and materials (the electrician did nothing but troubleshoot to find out it was a dominion issue) he wasnt at our home for more than 30 mins so we were charged a total of $537 (the extra $30 was the fee their bank charges if a card is being used lol) upon inquiring I learned that the $272 I was paying was for gas mileage, travel time, over time for the employee. I asked for an invoice we have no invoice for the service at all and they have yet to send our invoice days later.

I had a problem with my Ring doorbell. They called me back quickly. They were very helpful and professional. They were able to solve my problem. I would highly recommend them.

Stay away from this company!! They will charge you 4-5 times the normal. I had one of their people tap off of an outlet and add 5-6 ft of line to put in a box for my laser cutter. I emailed them on Friday with EXACTLY what I needed. The worker showed up on the following Monday without the box they needed resulting in him driving to buy one. Said he never received the email from his office help. He did NOT even have to access my electrical panel for this job... they also failed to install the necessary code GFI for a garage saying the store didnt have one so they did a work around I am not sure what this means but it seems like it was a convenience for them and not thinking about safety. Just running this little bit of line to extend my outlet 6 ft and a special box that couldnt have cost more than ***** they charged me ****** the outlet that they tapped off of was put in 4 months earlier for ****** and the previous electrician from a different company had to crawl around in the smallest areas of my crawl space. Access my solar critical load panel, install a new dedicated circuit and run line across 3 walls to reach the panel. I will certainly be calling the previous guy who did an honest job.. RK Newman Electrical in ******** ******** is a horrible company. over pricing and not concerned about safety and I do not recommend them.when I asked about this ridiculous charge the lady kept saying they used the best materials bla bla bla.. shouldve told her then about the lack of a GFI. I asked for an itemized **** to see how much parts were and the cost of labor. Of which *************************************************************** the first place.I never got the itemized **** because they just pull a number from the sky and see if it sticks
