BBB has received a pattern of complaints alleging customer's products have been ordered from the business but have not been received. Complaints also allege consumer's calls and emails go unanswered.
The BBB spoke with the company regarding the pattern of complaints. Mr. Stefanov responded stating they have made some adjustments and hired more employees to help ship products and return consumer calls. The Linen Company has hired Customer Service representatives who answer the phones and return calls as soon as possible. The company is working hard to provide immediate assistance for their customers.
Although the company provided a plan of action to resolve customer concerns, the Better Business Bureau continues to receive complaints regarding the pattern of complaints.
