    I was told because I don't drink, I don't belong there. I don't drink. I have a lot of trauma associated with consuming alcohol. I went to Penny Lane to do a little work because it seemed unique and interesting with a good atmosphere. That lasted for about 5 minutes, before the bartender (******, I believe) told me that by being there - by taking up a seat - and not drinking, I was costing him money. He effectively told me to leave and go find a coffeeshop where people don't care if I take up space because he was trying to run a business. A business that, at the time, was not packed and it wasn't like there were people waiting to take my seat. I wasn't taking anything from ******** business except his idea of the potential money he might have made if someone had been waiting to order. But in that moment, instead of being kind to someone doing him no harm, he chose to be cruel.I've spent my life explaining to people why I don't drink, but this was the first time I've actually been treated badly for it. I won't be back and if you're the kind of person who also doesn't drink, but is just looking for an interesting time in an interesting place, be aware, ****** is not ok with you wanting that.
