Per the contract this company were spoused to send us applications exclusively for the purpose of obtaining credit to purchase an automobile submitted by a consumer. In first month they sent 76 leads and charging $25 for each. It was impossible to contact to ************************************************** 4 cases people were looking for other services that we do not provide. Almost 80% of the appointments were missed. When I asked to cancel the service, it took me multiple attempted to have them cancel the service, then I asked to make corrections, because we did not want to pay for unverified phone numbers and names, I tried to return the leads that were not responding they removed the return option from the system saying that no matter what we have to pay. Then they sent the invoice for $1899. We emailed them that the invoice is not accurate, now they are saying that we have to be happy that they canceled the service and if we don't pay the amount they sent it is going for collection. We believe we are being scammed and we did not receive the service as described in the contract. We had no sales to any of the people they sent, some of them said they were told that they do not need a down payment to buy a car from us, which is not true, some people came to us looking for different service than we provide. Whoever cane with an appointment they stayed for a minute and wanted to leave right-away, which was very suspicious too, they act like they came to just check in and go.

We have had much dialog with this person on the phone and via email.  They were not satisfied with the services that were provided and accused us of fraud from the beginning and that we were paying actors to come to their car dealership.  Every contact we have had with a consumer is recored for quality and we can assure what was said in setting those appointments, sadly ***** doesn't care to hear those or understand them.  In speaking with the customers that came and then left did so as the store only a few options of cars to choose from, not the ability to choose from the larger selection as the dealer represented during the period they were signing up for our service..  ************ are not a fit at all for this store and we chose to terminated them once it was apparent it was not going to work and they were going to become a credit risk.

We are looking to be paid for services rendered per our contractual agreement that the owner of the store signed, we have fulfilled all of our duties as that agreement outlines.  We provide consumers that are looking to buy a car to car dealers.  We dont represent that every consumer is going to like what that dealer has or have all the financial means to purchase.  In the images that were sent with this complaint shows that we did indeed send them consumers with intent.

They have made no offer of what they are willing to pay only that they are not paying our bill.  This has left us with little recourse but to send this account to our collection attorneys.  When ***** does call our office he used vulgar language and is not willing to have a civil conversation, until he/they are willing to do that, we have asked them not to contact us.  They have chose to resort to slandering our name and company with the BBB among other places, which will then push us into a corner to defend our name, brand and reputation.

We have been in business and a member of the BBB for over 20 years and have worked with hundreds of car dealer clients, most all are satisfied with us, even those that didn't succeed.  We pride ourselves on being respectful and doing the right thing were needed, but that also is always a two way street.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[Only the offer this company made is to pay even more. It is very clear that all they do is lying and misrepresenting the facts. I only called them 2-3 times to let them know that the people that they are sending to me, are directed there in error, they were not a car buyers and were looking for different services that we never provide, a services like a title loans or reposition recovery. And sent them emails saying that the leads I am receiving are most probably are ghosts. More than 40 never responded, all the appointments were  either missed or canceled,  3-4 came in and acted not interested in buying cars at all, but to check in and leave as quick as they can, on lady did not even get out of her car.
Their  people would call me asking to pay for services that they failed to provide as described in the contract.  I was the one who told them to not call me and waste my time and recourses, especially not to scare me with collections and their lawyers. I have all the fillings that I am being  scammed, what civil conversation I can have with somebody who is trying to fool me around?
    They
are acting very innocent like they do not understand what is my complaint, sending me emails to scare, or making fun of me, it is not about making a fortune with $20 investment, it is about you scamming me for almost $2400.  Also I canceled my services with that guy who referred me to you. My recommendation to other dealerships will be to stay away from this company. ]

Claims no credit no down payment and everyone is qualified. I was told today $20k would need to be put down on a $30k truck. Now my credit has been pulled and a hard inquiry reported after *** been working to fix my credit.

We dont make loans or loan decisions.  We match consumers with lenders and dealers.  There are lenders that have zero down programs but its all determined by each individual's credit history and how they have paid their bills in the past.  We are sorry that you were told you needed $20,000 down on the truck, but there are most certainly additional factors in how the lenders came up with that number.

Interactive marketing is a huge scam ! They lie to get you on board claiming they can better narrow down credit score and incomes when in fact nothing could be less true. When I signed up company stated there was no contract besides for initial 60 days upon calling they stated they needed 30 days notice and we would have access to there portal but would need to pay one more month. Since, theyve locked us out and have mass text to all customer a phone number to call that doesnt exist and is disconnected. Do your self a favor and dont trust anyone at this company

Sorry you feel that you were mislead.

If you were to look at the agreement that was signed by signed by ***********************; Schedule A #6 you can see that its a 60 day initial term with 30 day cancelation notice.  Your term began Sept 1 and the initial term would have ended Nov 1; so not how you were mislead or feel like you need a billing credit.  We received a cancelation March 31; almost 5 months after the initial term ended and all leads sent where checked and worked by personnel at the store.  No one is locked out of the system, actually ******************************* logged in on 4/8 at 11:30am.  As long as all bills are paid you always have access during the cancelation period and for 30 days after that time frame as well, although texting and emailing is disabled.

In looking at polk vehicle registration reports its showing that for all the leads we have sent since the start just under 25% have registered a new or used vehicle; that number will increase over time due to delays and processing within DMVs so in June we will have a better picture of sales for leads that were sent.  In looking at the stores that sold cars, a number of your sister stores sold cars to leads we sent to you.  If you have additional concerns please contact our head of account management, ************************
