Your delivery driver called and informed me of his ETA . He was very friendly and professional. The pallet was removed from the truck quickly an he placed it exactly where I needed him to. Excellent service!Estes Express Lines

Funny you should ask. I was just contacting the BBB. I have had major problems in regard to communications with your company. Many cancellations, no shows and delivery without notifying me. My last delivery on 6/4/2024 just showed up as I was going out the door to the dentist. He lost control of the bricks and they fell off the truck and broke. I can send you the picture I took. He did pick them up as I left for the dentist. I called your problem number and got no where. Im expected to solve this problem. I spent over an hour on the phone with *********** They said I had to return all the unbroken bricks. Cant wait to schedule that appointment. Its time to get a third party involved.Estes Express Lines

I am so pleased with the customer service I received in the ********************** of my large pieces of furniture. The delivery truck was too large to drive down our back roads, dirt lane so it was arranged that a smaller truck would accept the merchandise and deliver it to our cabin. This was carried out very quickly and efficiently! Thank you for that! There was very little delay at all. I am so pleased! I appreciate the fact that it was important to Estes to deliver the merchandise as expeditiously as they could and not put it in some warehouse for days or weeks. THANK YOU!Estes Express Lines
