I was emailed clear instructions on how to set up a delivery and what to expect. I called and set the delivery time, talked to a friendly person who answered all my silly questions. Something came up on my end the day of delivery and had to call Estes at the last minute. They worked with me without hesitation. I have a tight circular asphalt driveway thats old and cracks easily. The truck was in and out before I could tell them how to navigate it. They didnt drive on my grass, they didnt tear up the ditch across from the driveway trying to make a wide turn, they didnt drive on the edges and collapse the asphalt. AND the driver had common sense to set the pallet off to the side without having to be told. The paperwork was neatly folded up on top. The boxes had no damage and no drag marks from the pallet, either. Whoever the driver was, needs to be paid more because even the smaller trucks go into the ditch trying to turn! My driveway wasnt cracked up. Just wow. How the driver managed any of it without leaving a trace, I dont know. So impressed by ********* Estes at every facet of the delivery!

The driver was great, very personable and willing to help make the delivery a success. He went above what I was expecting and was able to get the load right to the garage despite less than idealcinditons for his pallet ***** Great guy doing a great job!!Estes Express Lines

The ESTES delivery gentleman called us on our delivery date to let us know our tiles could be delivered earlier that day, and we appreciated it. He placed the pallet on our driveway and we checked the boxes were in good shape. This gentleman was courteous and pleasant. Thank you!Estes Express Lines

The young man delivering the product was extremely pleasant,GREAT customer service and new what he was doing! The product was all wrapped in plastic wrap and very well packaged! We really enjoyed our product being taking care of and delivered on time!Estes Express Lines

Shipment was late,also wasn't dropped off at. The back door Driver dropped it off at the bottom of the hill in the driveway. I was not happy at all. I was ****** off someone. Could have stole the generator The drive was being lazy not good for anyone for deliverysEstes Express Lines
