You were late by one day, but put me first on the delivery list today - which helped make up for my frustration yesterday.******, your driver was most courteous and put the storage shed box exactly where we needed it, on my property some 50 feet from the street, which is appreciated. Thank you for sending this survey. I would have given you much higher ratings, but a fee serious issues: I got one single text AFTER the delivery was made. Nobody was home. I have a gate. $1300 product was left outside the gate on a very busy street. The grill with pallet was over 100lbs. I'm 59 years old. It took me an hour to figure out some way to get the grill through thr gate and to the back of my house. Very disappointed in the delivery status and lack of communication as well as the very broad window of potential delivery dates on the website.Estes Express Lines

Estes has been our only LTL provider for 15 plus years. There are no other carriers I'd use. Best customer service in the industry, always on time and always there to help when needing expedited services.Estes Express Lines

We were told via phone call AND text that our delivery window was 12-4pm. At 4pm the delivery crew was no where to be found. We tried calling and there was no option to talk to anyone. We tried using the chat feature on your site and it was a bot that kept stating our window was 12-4pm. Finally just before 5pm the item was delivered. It was relayed to us the delivery window was until 5pm not 4pm. While the crew was very nice, the entire experience was a failure in our eyes and was very frustrating. I would be very hesitant to recommend Estes.Estes Express Lines

Thank you for getting this delivered a day ahead of promised. The customer (consignee) called me after the ********************** and was thrilled that the load was delivered safely and with breathing room to get the contents distributed. You really saved the day.FYI, this product went to a celebrity chef for use in the promotion of launching a new product line. It will be going in the hands of over 100 influencers on time because of your efforts.Estes Express Lines
