      My order was delivered in the pouring rain and the driver helped me get a tarp over it. The driver did an excellent job backing down my drive and never had anything, but a positive attitude.

      Driver arrived with a couple of tons of flooring. Didn't knock on the door, and just started unloading in the middle of the driveway, blocking access. He then refused to move it. Driver seemed to have mental issues.

      2 stars only because after being adamant that they deliver as scheduled and promised and talking to 10 plus people, a manager by the name of ***** was able to get my order out to me on the day THEY scheduled about 5 hours after the delivery window they provided. I definitely got the impression that disappointing customers and not delivering as scheduled and promised is a daily occurrence and while the people I spoke with were professional they offered no solutions to resolve the issue.I ordered furniture and had it delivered through Estes. I paid for delivery to be delivered in 1 to 3 business days. They set up a delivery window on the 3rd day for 10am to 2pm. My delivery was heavy and required labor and assembly. I made arrangements for both..When the delivery window was missed I called to check on the status to find out that the truck my furniture was scheduled on was full and my order wouldnt fit.No one called to inform me that I would not be receiving my furniture in the window provided or of the issue.Worse no one cared and felt I was being unreasonable for having an expectation an insistence that my furniture arrive when scheduled and the timeframe I payed for.Had someone contacted me the morning of my delivery to explain the issue and allowed me the opportunity to cancel labor arrangements on my end, I would have been disappointed but certainly more understanding.If Estes had a customer service representative that was an advocate for the customer verses dispatchers more concerned about logistics they could avoid disappointing customers and not fulfilling schedules and commitments. When I inquired about a refund or discount for not being able to deliver in the timeframe I payed for a supervisor told me that this happens frequently and that I would eventually receive my delivery. I would need to call back and reschedule. Stop over committing and under performing and put customer service first as your on hold recording tout that you do.

      Everything was very easy with Estes! From the initial call with *** for scheduling, the pre-arrival call from ****, to his helpfulness once he arrived with my delivery. I couldnt be happier with how everything delivery related was handled - truly top-notch service! I would recommend them 10 times out of 10.

      No complaints, ***** was all around professional. In fact most companies have problems with the address, he found the house without delay or any extra input from me, much appreciated. I look forward to use your services next time it's feasible, bravo!

      Ordered through ****** (start of the mistake there). Estes delivered. Failed to get info from ****** about scheduled/requested delivery date. Failed to deliver on that delivery date and instead chose when they wanted to deliver.The final kicker, they delivered to my residence, and stacked the heavier, bigger, palletized item, on top of the lighter, smaller item, on an inclined driveway. This wasn't a mistake as they also plastic wrapped it just enough that it wouldn't fall down. I don't know of many residential locations that would have a forklift truck available to bring down a 245 lbs. palletized item.The CSR who took my complaint also told me there was nothing Estes or the parent company, Atlas Intl., could to, and I would have to complain to ******. ****** bounced me back to Atlas/Estes, and vice versa, a few times. The end result is that I just wound up returning the whole thing as there was no way to guarantee their driver didn't damage my shipment in any other way, and the bottom box WAS crushed by the heavier item on top.In short, RUN, not WALK, away, from anything delivered by these incompetent shippers.
