      They billing me for a 50.00 for not showing up to a appointment in sept.2024 I called them the first of Jan. 2024 to see if they took my new insurance which was ****** they said no they don't pay enough so I got a new dentist that did except it and told them I got a new dentist then they starting sending me the bill I haven't been since 2023. I called them to ask and they said we don't no who u called .this is a lie and I don't owe them anything. Please help me...

      Unsatisfactory dental work, poor quality work done,filling fell out and I've made ongoing attempts to contact the Dentist via phone,email,text All without a response. Dental Office was notified of Partial Denture not fitting properly and hitting my other teeth and causing significant pain with my TMJ to which I took the Partial to the Martinsville Office to turn in for a Full Refund ( Receptionist ***** ) stated to take the Partial back and she would take the Partial off my record and with my insurance company. As of this current date the Dental Office has failed to respond to my Complaints. To my understanding the Dental Office has not sent information to my Dental Insurance regarding my Unsatisfactory Dental Work and Partial Denture nor entered to remove off my record, the Insurance has full knowledge of my Unsatisfactory dental work and services I received, to which will be reported to higher agencies if Complaint can't be resolved. I received a letter stating that I needed to find another Dental Provider due to my ( My alleged Behavior towards staff ) to which I have 30 days to find and if I needed any dental assistance within the 30 days my Dental Provider was still obligatedto my dental needs, To which I have needed due to front tooth/ backside falling out. I have sent emails, text ,calls to get help to which all have been ignored leaving me in pain.Dental Office is not acknowledging the Unsatisfactory Partial denture Refund, nor the subpar quality dental work they have provided that's discolored and falling out. Furthermore this Dental Office has made false allegations about me to dismiss me from the practice. I have had no behavior issues, the only issues I've had is the Dental Office not liking my insurance, inaccurate billing, failing to resolve my complaint and honor my reimbursement due to unsatisfactory work. I've been ignored completely by this Office and left in pain. My dental treatment has been neglected as the provider has failed to help.

      My teeth are to big ***** the Dentist keep filling down the teeth even when I told her they were to big.tome if your teeth are to big why would you keep filing them down. She said I didn't have a pallet then why didn't she said they would work. Insurance paid 4000 for a set of teeth I can't ware.I look forward to my dentures I'm 72 years old and with out teeth her reply was that that's all she could do I'm very un happy with her

      Patient only complained that dentures were too loose.  We did a soft reline same day and recommended an implant overdenture due to her shallow palate.  This patient will have a hard time wearing a normal denture.  We will be happy to refund her insurance company the full amount, the patient will need to return the dentures to our office.  Patient needs to contact our office.
