    Richard came out to do our driveway on a day that we weren’t home. I happen to be able to come home at lunch time, which saved our house from major damage. Richard went to move a plant and in doing so, ripped our hose spigot out of the side of our house. Water began shooting out. He apparently took the end of the hose and stuck it in the broken pipe, which caused water to flood into our basement.
    When I came home, he asked for payment and I asked him if he had turned on the hose. He said no and I kept telling him I could hear water running. He then said, “The water ran for like a minute but it’s no longer running.” I was confused but he dashed off. He immediately cashed our check upon leaving our house. When I went to where the water spigot was, I immediately saw the problem. The grass was soaked, the hose end stuck into the pipe with the spigot on the ground. I called Richard immediately and he ignored my calls. (He came by later that afternoon but we had told him we’d be gone). I called my husband and he told me to check the basement. The insulation was wet, the ceiling, the carpet, etc. We had to purchase a small fan to put into the ceiling so the insulation could dry, we had to purchase a dehumidifier, and spend a lot of time cleaning up. We have tried to work on a resolution but Richard is ignoring our phone calls and hasn’t been by to make things right. The damage he could have caused could have been catastrophic had I not come home for lunch. He broke our spigot and then made it worse by sticking the hose end in. Now he’s ignoring us. It’s been a month and 3 weeks since we last heard from him. I would NOT recommend him at all!

    Was supposed to come back and finish side of driveway. I have tried contacting 4 times over the last 30 to 45 days. Will not return my call. # weeks after driveway was sealed i have grass already growing up through the cracks that was repaired.
