    I was a guest at this hotel from 26 June 2022 to 02 July 2022 for a trip funded by the ** *********** The confirmation number for this trip was **********. Unbeknownst to me, I was mistakenly double booked for the night of June 26 for the amount of $109.44. The confirmation number for this double-booked room was ZUYQQR. I did not notice this charge until several months after my stay. I called the hotel on 13 February 2023 and asked for my credit card to be refunded, but the refund wouldn't go through because my credit card had already expired. I gave the manager, Ms. **************************** my new credit card number to re-try issuing the refund. After telling me that it didn't work, ************** said that she would be contacting *****************, the regional manager, to ask her to issue me a check. I called the hotel earlier today and was told, again, that they would be contacting ***************** to ask her to send me a check. No progress has been made in the last few months, so I'm contacting BBB in hopes that you can "light a fire" under the right person so that I'm refunded $109.44.Please note that I'm serving in the **** and living in ******. Although I have a ** mailing address, I have a ** phone number ****************). The ** phone number I listed above *************) is not in service, so I will either have to be reached via email or my ** cell phone.
