      Staff is unprofessional,rude and unconcerned about members property and /or rights.I also can't help to feel there may be some prejudice going on. My battery was once stolen from my RV while in they're storage which I pay for which I was told it was my problem. The guys who move my RV in/out of storage has run into my RV causing damage and, on several occasions RV has not been pulled out upon my arrival yet, they tell me that I'm the problem. Something needs to be done about this place before it gets even worse.

      Earlier this year we stayed at the resort and while security, receptionist, reservations have been great and extremely helpful, the management staff B. Lang and K. Lang are extremely unresponsive and difficult to speak with about issues we had in Glen 27. on several we visited the main office and facilities, lleft several voice messages, and sent emails with only a single reply. Our issues is still outstanding and I have not response from the management staff
      While camping at this resort we had several issues with the shore power for our RV. We have spoken to many fellow owners to find out they had several issues that have been reported to management with no resolution.
