    This company made so much money off of us and they NEVER got back to us on some repairs! We had them build an upper and lower deck, a gazebo with windows to house our jacuzzi inside, a lower patio underneath our deck, a screened-in porch with skylights, recessed lighting and ceiling fan, a shed underneath the deck and next to the patio, and finally, steps with two rails and a locked gate at the top. Again, our stairs needed some reinforcement and we mustve called a half a dozen times and no one cared to return our calls. The manager, ******************* apparently does not care about making his customers happy. The two men who built our huge project were absolutely fantastic craftsmen! They even used many of our photos on their website until we told them to take them off since they werent returning our calls.A very disappointed customer. ******

    Terrible, they lie they don’t communicate, they take jobs in areas they are not familiar with the policies and practices, they drop the ball on everything. I contracted with them on September 28 th of 2021 they started my project on sept 27 2022 because the dropped the ball every step of the way. They told me that they would not be able to start until April of 2022 but didn’t bother to get their ducks in row and didn’t start until September. All the while blaming everything and everyone else. One employee tells you one thing then another denies it .They said the city was holding them up which was a lie . I spoke with the city and the mayor. That was not the case. When they finally started working and were almost done , theydidnt show up for over a week. Then tell me. “ oh we now need a permit for the door which they have known about for months again not getting the required information for permits and not even knowing they needed one . They kept telling me don’t worry as soon as we get everything in order we will jump on job and it will be finished in about two weeks . it’s been a month now and they don’t even show up. When I called the company , No one is available. And it is the secretary who tell me that they are waiting for a door permit. I have never been so exasperated in my life. Why are the allowed to treat people this way? It shouldn’t take over year for a 10 x10 porch.
