During a BBB investigation of the company, it was reveal that the company’s website was inactive and the address on file is listed as a private residence.
On January 31, 2024, this BBB sent an investigation letter by email to the company requesting information regarding copies of their licensure, disclosures, cancellation and /or agreements provided to consumers after acceptance or denial, and steps taken to assist consumers in improving their credit.
