    My 2007 Volvo was towed to Eurotech Autoworks on 2/6/2024 for a coolant leak. ***** advised me a week later after driving my vehicle he was unable to find an issue. I advised him that the leak was coming from the area where the water pump was located. The following day ***** called and advised that while trying to find leak he broke bolts off on the water pump and it would cost ***** to fix the bolts breaking. The bolts were not broken prior to me taking my vehicle to Eurotech Auto works they broke while ***** was trying to locate original issue of leaking coolant. Eurotech Autoworks refused to take any accountability for causing a bigger issue while trying to locate what my vehicle was originally brough to them to fix which was the leaking of coolant. My vehicle was towed from Eurotech Autoworks on 2/16/24.

    I don't feel that I should be held blame for everybody's corroded/rusted bolts,poor quality parts, improperly installed parts in an effort to help a customer out in a tight situation

    I am rejecting this response because:


    You are a certified mechanic. I trusted you to fix my vehicle. You did not make me aware of rusted bolts or possibility of this happening prior to you attempting to fix original issue. I had to pay for your negligence, lack of professionalism and failure to communicate effectively . You should take accountability  you broke the boots off in process of trying to fix originally issue of leaking water pump that is not my fault as a consumer that you broke bolts off inside of engine trying to complete repair.

    I have very little knowledge of the history of your car, I have only worked on it a couple of times behind you, nobody could have removed those bolts without them breaking, I don't know if you crossed threaded them or used some kind of thread lock, I do know that you use cheap aftermarket/ inferior parts. You can call me all the names you want, it doesn't change the fact that you want to blame someone else for the problems that you caused
