5 starsThe crew from Innovative Basement Authority that injected poly to lift our garage floor did a great job. Isaiah *******, Taylor ********* and Mike ******** adjusted to changing weather conditions to complete the project in a timely manner with quality results. 5 starsLuckily we caught an issue with my foundation early and FSS was able to give me a couple of options for solutions. Clint, Mike, Diego, and Austyn were professional and finished within the time they said it would take. It rained halfway through the project. They worked thru the mud and cleaned up when they finished, including the sidewalk. Clint walked me through the process and was patient with all of my questions.Review fromMary H

5 starsOn 10/2/23 Andy ******** and Rubin ******** came to replace a beam and do some other structural work under my house. They were very professional, polite and were able to complete the job as written on their work order and finished on the next day. They were hard working, kept me informed as they progressed on the work and did a complete walk through of what they had done with pictures. I was completely satisfied with their work. 1 starI contacted 4 companies about encapsulating my crawl space. I signed a contract with Foundation System of Michigan on 2-7-23 which was the highest bid but they were going to pull ALL permits. This made me feel safe.I was told that the job would take 4-5 days to complete with 4 men. Work started on 3-20 with a crew of 2 men who worked a 1/2 day. I asked about the permits & was told that they would check on them & let me know the next day. The next day 4 men worked a full day. I was then told by the project manager that the job was complete but that the permits were taking longer to get because they were a Michigan based company.I am a senior & it was difficult to go down to the crawl but I'm glad I did. The electrical had not been done, the vents where 1/2 filled with can spray foam plus the covering had fallen off, insulation was jammed into the rim joist, discharge line was buried just above the ground surface, blow by was not high enough, pop off was to deep.I called the office to let them know of the issues. On 3-30 Alex came out & agreed what a sloppy job.New crew came on 4-20 to fix the mess.They tore up the liner dug the trench deeper putting in more gravel and removed most of the old liner along with other things. I have had 3 different crews & 7 different managers and to date ,I still have moisture & water in my crawl, tape not sticking. No electrical permit because FSM is not licensed on Ohio.I have a stop work order on my house and still no dry crawl. I contacted another company to give a second opinion and their reccommation was to do a complete tear out. Just to do miminial work just to fix some of the mistakes will cost me $******. I can also go to the county and pay a late fine of **** plus get the permit for 2x's the regular cost and take full responsibility. This is not what I signed up for. Best advice I can give STAY AWAY FROM FSM. They will take your money and leave you to try and get the issues resolved.They all agree things should be fixed. LeeKReview fromSteve Y

Kyle *., Derek *. And Brian *. Installed my wall anchors this morning. They were very courteous and professional, taking the time to explain everything they were doing. They showed me their progress along the way and gave a final walkthrough. No mess was left behind and they worked quickly and efficiently with minimal intrusion to my work day (I work from home.) Ohio Basement Authority came to my home completed an inspection and gave me a quote of the cost and the time that would be required. The crew was told it would be a two day job. Once they reviewed the scope of the work I was told there was no way it could be accomplished in two days. They also stated they would return the following week to complete the work. They returned but did not complete the work. The supposedly two day job has grown to over two months. I had issues obtaining the cost voucher with a paid in full statement with **** balance. I have made several calls to the office and even made a personal visit to the Obetz office. i have yet to have satisfaction on my request for the work to be completed. The delay has cost me time and in limbo with related work that can not be started until their work is completed. This is a nightmare that has no end in sight. However the crew Ivan *., Nick *., and David ** performed on time and were pressed to meet the time given. I will never mention them to anyone and suggest others.Groundworks, LLC

Ohio Basement returned to my home. There was minimal reconciliation done. Furthermore the number of cracks has increased and the dimensions of the original cracks has increased. Also the ****** dehumidifier is leaking. I have taken pictures on three different occasions. My expectations were not even closely met. Due to poor workmanship I have been unable to move forward. Why not just refund my money that I paid in good faith and let me move on to a company that values customers.
