Pattern of Complaints
In May 2023 BBB investigated LFT Clothing Co. business practices. This investigation was prompted by a pattern of consumer complaints alleging non-delivery of furniture and lack of communication prompting requests for delivery or refunds. During the investigation it was revealed that LFT Clothing Co. does not have a current 2023 business license according to the Commissioner of Revenue in Virginia Beach, Virginia and is active and in good standing with the Virginia State Corporation Commission under the corporate name of Jerry’s Inc.

On April 27, 2023 BBB notified the company about the pattern of complaints alleging non-delivery of ordered merchandise, delivery delays, and lack of communication prompting requests for delivery of merchandise, cancellation of orders, or full refunds. Better Business Bureau requested information on how LFT Clothing Co. was going to correct the pattern of customer complaints. On May 4, 2023 the mail was returned by the post office as “Return to Sender, Attempted Not Known, Unable to Forward.” Upon additional investigation, a new address for the company was revealed. On May 5, 2023 a new pattern letter was sent to the company.
As of the date of this Business Profile, the company has not responded further to BBB’s request for a written plan of action for resolving the pattern of complaints not has any of the new pattern of complaints letters been returned by the post office as undeliverable.
