    I ordered a pair of shoes in early Dec of 2023 and It’s been long past that date and I have not received any shoes or any tracking information regarding my package/shoes. I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to them and they gave me either no response or very little and vague responses. At this point, they haven’t responded to any of the DM’s on instagram and ignored all my emails with the email they provided on their app and page. I can’t contact them any other way since their phone doesn’t work. It’s been a very frustrating experience and I feel robbed. I paid the amount asked and have gotten nothing but silence. These shoes were my Christmas gift and I was told they would arrive before then. I’ve tried my very best to be patient and handle things with time but it’s come to this where I can’t reach them, they have my money and I feel very unsatisfied as a customer along with this experience. I have proof on my phone of the conversations and multiple emails along with the receipt on the app of my purchase. I just want my money back and a response!

    Placed an order a month ago and have asked numerous times for confirmation of my purchase, tracking information or even a refund. The only response I’ve got is “I’ve got you” and “it’s in the mail” this is not how you run a legitimate business by stealing peoples money.

    Placed an order in December that was never sent and actually resold on their Instagram account. After them dodging me for months they finally offered a gift card which I only accepted to get the whole thing over with but that only made more problems.
    I placed another order with the gift card they gave me and they still have taken over a month to ship it and now won’t reply or give me lies as excuses to why they can’t ship it.
    I will now call my bank and provide them all the proof of them being frauds and ripping me off in order to get my money back when they could have just handled business the normal way like any other business would.
    They provide the worst customer service in the industry, don’t ever support them or spend a dollar.
