On march 11, 2024 I placed on order with laza mods on their website for a custom controller. Order #****. Wait time is listed as 8-20 weeks. Its been a year and 2 months. I sent them en email from their site messaging service as well as to them directly in march requesting an update. No answer. I resent the email in may. No answer.
I decided to Direct message them on Instagram. No response. So then I noticed a post of theirs with comments from several other customers saying they haven't recieved their order and they cant get in touch with the company. I respectfully commented my order number and stated it's been over a year and I can get in touch with them.
They deleted the post and BLOCKED me on Instagram. I still have not heard back. I filed a complaint with affirm to get my money back.
Apparently this company is notorious for taking money and not delivering a product NOR responding to any form of communication. I believe this company is a scam and needs to be shut down.Initial Complaint

I purchased a custom PlayStation 5 controller in September of 2023, I have fully paid for the controller but have not received the controller. I was told in December of 2024 that my controller would be shipping soon but it has not. I have sent numerous emails to the support email and have also messaged the company's Instagram account about the issue but was blocked. I have messaged the company's Facebook page and the business owners Facebook page and have been ignored. I ordered this product 15 months ago. On their website and in email confirmation it states product takes 8-20 weeks it has been 65 weeks ive emailed the company multiple times, ive called the company multiple times the phone is always “closed” ive contacted the company with frustration on social media for how long not only me but many many customers have been waiting for their ordered with no replies and no completely blocked me. These people are a scam and need to be taken down! I want my refund BY CHECK as the bank that i had and purchased with them no long works. The company emailed me back 2 months ago about sending me a completely different controller to compensate and was told it would only take a few days and again 2 months later no product no replies to email i just want my money back and this company to held accountable! Please google them and read all the horrible things they have done to so many other hard working people! They have such late turn around time because you can only dispute a bank charge in such a time frame so this is all on purpose and a scam!Initial Complaint

In 25 January 2024, I placed an online order with LazaModz via their website (************) and paid 227.09$.
Despite numerous attempts to contact the business, I never received the product or a refund.
I have discovered that I am not the only victim — numerous customers have reported similar experiences online.
Many complaints are visible on various consumer forums, and the company actively deletes critical comments on their social media platforms (such as Instagram) to hide the evidence of fraudulent activities.
I believe this company is intentionally scamming international customers, including me (a consumer from Europe).
Their practices are deceptive, violate fair trade regulations, and amount to international consumer fraud.
I just wanted to add that I ordered a customized PS5 controller from them, and since June 2024 it's been in quality control. I haven’t heard a word from them since... and trust me, I’ve been waiting patiently

I purchased my item in November with a processing time of 8-20 weeks it has now been 27+ weeks and I have still not received my item. I attempted to reach out to the company several times to pay for additional expedited shipping with only 1 response and no way to pay this amount. I have tried to call and email with no answer.

Date of transaction is 2/18/2024. Paid 312.99. Item was never received and the business does not respond to emails, online website chat interactions, and phone is always saying closed. Unable to get a refund for over a year. Advised because it was a special edition would have to wait for an approval. Unable to reach out to them. Even blocked on social media. Services not provided and when last spoke to owner in December 2024 he stated he would send a follow up email after sending dozens of emails and both were untrue. In 2023 I bought my “Spider-Man duo” controller from Lazamodz llc. With an 8-10 week build time. After that time had passed I reached out and was given the excuse, well you had a send in controller it takes a little longer to clean every component to make sure the paint sticks. Ok fine. Fast forward to 20 weeks, after the fact, still no controller and was given the excuse of licensing agreement with ****** is why it’s taking so long. Since I placed this order I have went through two lease agreements and bought a house. It has been 21 months. This company had time to post every day, and respond to comments. But will ignore/remove any comments inquiring about their products that paid hard earned money. And not to mention they’ve been in business for over a decade, and only have ONE painter. Absolutely no feasible way to keep up with their orders. They leave their website open at all times for new orders. Instead of doing a limited amount every so often. Any dissenting opinion on this company or insinuation that they’re scammers. They get angry Their customer service is ****. DO NOT ORDER FRON THIS COMPANY. They will not send your product. I ordered a custom video game Controller from this company in March of 2024 for $422.11. They claimed it would be delivered by August of 2024. August came and went and they have still not delivered my Controller. They have stopped replying to my emails and their phone line does not work. I have asked for a refund several times and they have refused but they have not replied to any of my several emails since October 23rd 2024. I just want my money back.
