      I purchased a PS5 controller, and have not received it due to "licensing issues" I was never informed about, and the company kept telling me to that it would be sent out, but it has been 2 years of nothing. I would like a refund ASAP.

      Made order on 3/22. Website states a 72 hour ship window and the order confirmation stated an arrival by 3/31 to 4/2. There has been no tracking or communication. There are countless posts on ****** about people not getting what they paid for from this company and that they get scammed into waiting past the date to file a claim on ****** or with their credit card issuer. This was a birthday present that has already past. They did not act as promised and their claims need to be taken off their website and a refund made.

      I ordered an item from their website on September 30, 2024. Their website states a maximum 5 months max build time until shipping. After contacting them multiple times through their website contact form with no response or updates to my order after six months, I attempted to retrieve my money back from ****** because I never received product for payment. ****** denied the claim because it was outside the 180 days lapse window to dispute the transaction. I checked ****** to see if anyone else has had a problem with this business and countless customers complain about never receiving items ordered and that they are strung along past the statute of limitations for receiving a refund from ****** or their credit card carrier. It appears that a lot of customers that try to purchase from them get scammed. I refuse to be one of them.

      I purchased a custom PlayStation controller. This service builds them on demand, and they stated that the build time would be 8-20 weeks. I was fine with that timeframe. It has now been over a year since I placed my order and paid and I still don’t have the item. The item has been in “quality control” since 6/4/24. I have reached out several times for updates and the last one I got was November 22, 2024 stating the item was finished and was scheduled to ship the next week. The item never shipped. Since that last update I have reached out several more times and have not gotten any replies. I have tried calling the number on the website and an automated message says they are closed.

      The business has committed to providing me a custom controller and a stand within the estimated time frame of 20+ weeks. Its has been over 1 year now and still haven’t had an update since December of 2024
      I want my items that I was promised or a refund but they will not answer my phone calls, emails, and messages for any updates at all.
      the business has not tried to resolve the issues I’m having. I call twice weekly, and I email every few weeks. They have not answered or responded to me.

      The company listed has a window to which the product purchased requires for its assembly and insurance in its proper functions. I have been in contact with the company after the time given and no definite time to when the product was going to be shipped. I contacted weeks after to hear the same . This product was purchased 7/25/24 and to this date I have now received. I called number and they are closed even on open hours. They emailed to only offer alternatives after the amount of time waited and wasted. I requested a refund and no reply . Poor communication and unprofessional of them to not give customer assurance in their service.

      Transaction occurred on January 12th, 2024 (order #****). I ordered a custom PS5 controller, Dualsense Edge. I paid $401.07 for this product. On August 25th, 2024, I finally reached out regarding the controller. There were no more status updates and it looked as if it had been stuck in final quality checks for months. I was told they hoped to send out a batch of products on October 1st, 2024. I reached out several times after this, and have not received a single reply. It has taken so exceedingly long that **** now sells the controller in a black color scheme themselves, and for 199.99 at that.

      I am seeking a full refund for the entire amount paid since I never received my product. Any and all correspondence with LAZA MODS I would like to be conducted here, so there are date and time stamps.

      May 13, 2024, I purchased a custom PS5 controller for my buddies son. Over the course of the build, I sent messages asking for updates but the responses were underwhelming. In December I spoke to customer service rep and she mentioned there were a lot of builds that needed fulfilment and mine was scheduled to ship early January 2025. After not seeing a fulfilled status on my order I called for a new update the beginning of February; however, nobody picks up and an automated response ensues and says they are closed. Despite calling during business hours.

      August 8th 2023 was the date I purchased the product, i have multiple emails attached showing communication that the order was still in production. now almost a year and a half through and I have been completely ignored by them. They will not respond to any emails, or instagram DMs.

      I ordered a customized playstation 5 controller from Laza Modz on April 28th 2024 for $197.93. Over a few months it would go through six different stages of customization. By August 4, 2024 it went into the seventh stage titled Quality Control. It has been in that stage since August 4th of 2024. I have emailed this company three times. The first time they responded to my email about why it was taking so long to ship out the controller I purchased. This was on September 18th of 2024. In that email they claimed that the Quality Control is the longest process and not let me know when it would be finished. I would email them the second time on December 14th of 2024 and not receive an email back from support. The third email I sent to support was on December 29th of 2024. They did not reply to this email either. I feel like they have not been working on my order and refuse to update me on why this is going on.
