      On August 16, 2024, I bought a custom game controller, a PS5 ****** Customization Controller, from a company called LaZa Modz. At first, the company gave my updates on the order but it was only one update a month until I heard nothing on November 23, 2024. I made a dispute with ***** **** as I used my ***** card to pay for it. Today, February 9, 2025, ***** denied my claims. I have called and emailed LaZa Modz but I haven't gotten any contact besides the "monthly" updates that stopped in November. I paid $169.98 in August and I want my money back.

      Yes hello I purchased two controllers from this business and on their website states what the turn around will be to have the controllers completed. I purchased them back in May of 2024 should've received them in August-september but nothing I sent them an email asking questions about my order and I still haven't received a response and when you contact them they don't answer either I spent a lot of money and I need help resolving this thank you. My last concern I feel what they advertise on their website the way the controllers are designed will not come that way either so I want to make sure what I'm paying for I get.

      I made my purchase of one of their products September. 28th, 2024. The owner hasn’t replied to any of my messages or call and deletes my comments on their social medias hiding the truth. Zak does not commit to their customers as a business owner, he ignores and takes the money without any hesitation.

      This order was placed April 23, 2024 for $152.54. It has now been exactly 37 weeks and 2 days since the order was placed I contacted them Regarding a refund on 12/4/24 and I never heard back on the website it says 8-20 weeks for the design I have picked i am tired of waiting and would like my order cancelled and refunded this back and forth has gone on for too long.

      I submitted a order with Lazamodz on 11/30/2023 for a personalized Spiderman controller.
      I requested a personalization with a PSN handle on it. At the time of purchase the website state that depending on demand and personalization it could take 20+ weeks for the product to be finished.

      However that timeframe passed, and including their tracking system we never received the product. The online tracking stayed in QC testing from May 2024 to October 2024. I called the number on the website which is now off - I spoke with ****** and Zac. They switched my order from Spiderman "allegedly due to Marvel constraints" which they are still selling; to Batman which was supposed to be processed in the fast queue (4 weeks as advised by Zac). Fast forward to Dec 2024, and still had not received any updates on the remote. I called again, and spoke with ****** again, she advised they don't handle refunds, their customer support team does, and that she would flag the email for the team to handle at the top. Again, no response since that phone call (attaching email). They now never answer the phone. I just want my money back.

      I ordered two custom controllers from this website on January 4th, 2024 and February 29th, 2024. According to the website tracker, both of my orders entered the "Quality Control" phase in July 2024, which is supposed to be the stage right before the products ship. After about two months passed (September 2024), I reached out on two separate occasions through their website's contact form to ask for an update on the status of my orders. When no one contacted me back, I opted to contact them via email so that I would have a digital record. The first email I sent in November inquiring about my order status was responded to by someone on the support team who asked for my order numbers. I responded 20 minutes later with my order numbers as requested. I didn't hear from anyone for two weeks. I then sent an email asking for someone to respond. No one ever got back to me. It is now January 7th, 2025- over a year since I placed my first order- and I have received nothing and have had no one reach out to me. Looking online, I've seen multiple stories similar to mine and people saying this business is a scam.

      On October 3, 2023 I had ordered a custom Dragonball Z Ps5 controller from LaZa Modz, LLC. I paid $287.97 l, with $78 of that being for gast processing time. At the time of my order, the estimated shipping was 8-10 weeks, with fast processing being about half of that. After 10 weeks my controller was still not completed, but due to increase on their sales I decided to give them the benefit of a doubt. I have continued emailing back and forth with them about the status of my controller, some replies stating "controllers like yours will be shipped out next month" or other variations. Early December 2024 I had emailed asking them for a refund, a full refund because I feel as though it should not have taken over a year especially when they say they prioritize fast processing orders. A couple days after, on December 9, 2024, they finally sent me an email stating my order has been shipped! Unfortunately, UPS still does not have possesion of my package, there has only been a ahipping label created. I have sent multiple emails asking what was going on, and if it was being sent out soon. No one has replied to my emails. At this point, I feel scammed and like I lost out.

      I ordered a custom gaming controller from this company on July 7 2024. The website says it should take around 8-20 weeks. On October 13 2024 I received the last update from the company via email. They were letting me know my controller was almost ready and was being tested before it was sent out. It is now 01/01/2025 and I have not received any more updates on my order despite emailing customer support multiple times. When I tried to call the number on the website it says they are always closed dispute time of day or day of the week. I was left with no options and commented on their instagram page seeking some sort of resolution. They deleted my comments and I have not heard since. At this point I would just like the product I paid for as they say there are no refunds on customized products

      I purchased two custom controllers from this business on May 24th, 2024, totaling $376. The website states that it can take anywhere from 8-20 weeks to deliver. It is now going on 28 weeks and I haven’t received my items. I have reached out to them four times via their customer support messaging system on their website, and through email, to which I’ve received no response. The last update I received via email was an automated update in September stating that my items were in the quality control stage. I’ve heard nothing since, despite all four of my attempts to contact them being after that date. I’ve called them numerous times and they’ve only picked up once. When I asked about my items, he told me he could only send half of my order because the other half couldn’t be produced right now due to “copyright laws” and then when I pressed for further information, he couldn’t tell me when the other controller would be shipped. How is “I don’t know” an acceptable answer when a customer asks for an update? He said that the first controller would be shipped on December 20th and that I would receive a shipping notification. It’s now December 23rd and I still have no shipping notification. I want my product or a full refund. I understand these are custom items and would have had no issue with it taking longer than expected had there been transparency and communication along the way. It’s totally unprofessional to take someone’s money at hundreds of dollars a pop and then never fulfill your end of the bargain and ignore all probes for information on the status of their order. It causes unnecessary anxiety and distress. People spend their hard earned money on your products with the expectation that they’ll get the “luxury” product that is advertised. This seems to be a pattern with this company with DOZENS of customers, as far back as 2014, stating they’ve never received their orders. Please resolve this issue.

      We purchased two gaming controllers in November 20 23 totaling almost $700 and we never got them. 4 to 5 months after ordering our items, we kept calling and inquiring when we will receive our product. After almost a year, we have been reaching out to request a refund. We finally get in contact with them and they claim to have sent a refund the way I paid which was by ******. We never received our refund. We contacted ****** and they have no record of it. We want our money back. Those gaming remotes were almost $300 a piece and we purchased 2 of them. My nephews were highly disappointed and brokenhearted. We were cheated.
