      Order a custom gaming controller from Lazy Modz, January 11th, 2024. Paid full price for a: DualSense Edge PS1 Classic Controller x1, which included a: Customization Cost for DualSense Edge PS1 Classic Controller × 1. In total, $512.87US.

      Unfortunately, it is December 17, 2024 and I have not received the custom unit. I am aware that it would take time, however, the site does not indicate nearly a year. I believe they said "around 20 weeks" in one bit of correspondence (this was 9/4/2024). I believe the website lists 8-10 weeks. Since then, I've inquired about a tracking # for shipping and was told they would check with fulfillment (that was on 12/4/2024), however, they did not provide an subsequent feedback.

      At this time I have not heard from them in the past week.

      I ordered a controller from LaZa Modz LLC on October 2nd, 2023, and have not received it. It is now December 11th, 2024. I contacted them earlier this year around January/February about the status of my order and was told that it would be coming soon. I then contacted them in April (photos attached) requesting the status of my order it was told it would be shipping out "very very soon." That was in April. We are now in December. I emailed again in July requesting a refund and was told that I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. Unfortunately, that email has been lost. I emailed them earlier this week and today, and have not heard back to both emails. I would like the item that I was promised. The order status on their website still says unfulfilled. If they cannot fulfill their end I would like a full refund without the 25% restocking fee. I think that is more than fair because I have waited over a year, 62 weeks to be exact when their build times FAQ states around 8-20 weeks. I was even factoring in some grace of another 10-15 weeks because of their stated licensing agreement with Sony and Marvel. A picture of that explanation is attached. I have been seeing online that many other people have been waiting 9 months to over a year for their product and getting no response whatsoever from the company.

      I ordered a PS5 controller from LazaMods on February 16th, 2024. Their website
      claims it would take up to 20 weeks maximum for a “PS1 classic build” - that’s 5 months. Well around June I had not heard anything, so I reached out. They said it was in quality control. August rolled around and I followed up again, it took weeks for them to respond.

      Long story short, after a very condescending email regarding the quality assurance process I ended up waiting until October 18th to receive my order - that’s 9 months!

      Then I received the controller and the “X”symbol on the button is not centered!!! You can see glue on the PS button, I mean this is abysmal for a product that took 9 months!!! I cannot believe they’re still in business while operating this way.

      They have condescending customer support that takes weeks if they reply at all, and from my only experience their product is shoddy at best.

      I will attach my controller and the one on their website for reference. I’m also attaching screenshots of email correspondence.

      I purchased a product from this company almost a year ago and they have not supplied my product as of yet. I reached out several times and they told me that they were working on the product. When I requested to stop payment from my bank, they threatened legal action against me.

      I ordered an item from the company on 4 April 2024 for an item that was listed as "pre-sale." On 7 April 2024, I e-mailed them asking to cancel the order. After multiple e-mails and phone calls, which they never answered. It is now 23 November 2024, and I have not received a refund or the item.

      2 custom controllers were purchased on 9/24/2023 and promised to be delivered before Christmas of 2023. I was updated on 3/4/2024 that my order was in the final stages and have not heard anything back since. I have since sent 3 separate emails on 8/31/24, 9/18/24, and 9/24/24 requesting and eventually demanding a refund and never received any replies whatsoever.

      I ordered a controller 1 year ago. I was given 2 separate shipping dates and neither came to fruition. I haven't got my controller and it's took longer than their time frame posted on the website. I'm more than willing to work with these people but they won't even take my calls or return my emails. Heck if I get the controller and it's good I'll post a positive review for these guys I'm all for family owned business. I'll do a refund or take the controller.

      I have made an order to LazaModz, Inc. on September 12, 2024. Ever since March through April, I have been inquiring about my order and they fail to respond (emails, ********* Direct Messages, phone calls; etc). I have made this purchase with ****** with payment installments and it was PAID IN FULL, and I also made a complaint to LazaModz with ****** regarding this matter. They originally passed judgement to the favor of the Merchant because “I was responsible for all of the payments,” but I already made all of my payments IN FULL, as previously mentioned. I did however went ahead to escalate this issue with them, so I am awaiting ******’s response.

      I am not the only one who are making complaints towards LazaModz, and customers are not getting their products back to them. I just want my money back. I am not just giving out money for free, needless to say they never respond.

      Ordered a controller in November of 2023. Ps1 Classic retro and have sent in my own controller for them to customize with their paint job. My order has been in the awaiting fulfillment status since that date. It has now been almost a full year since them receiving my order. I have emailed numerous times, commented and messaged on their instagram. My messages are being seen, and comments being deleted on their social media. My last email response was the same line that they need to test my controller to ensure that everything is working... It does not take almost one year to test a controller's functions. At this point they have my property in their possession, and looks like they have no plans to complete my order. When asking for a refund, there is usually no response to my emails, or their response does not include anything regarding a refund. When asked for proof of work and what has been done with my controller, there is no response, and no information with what has been done with my controller. At this point, I want my controller mailed back to me, and I want a full refund for this waste of time.
