      I ordered almost a year ago and they still never delivered a product. They don’t communicate anything and all attempts to reach company have been ignored.

      I purchased a PlayStation 5 controller from Laza Modz on September 4, 2023 and I haven’t received it. The timeframe of completion on their part was supposed to have been between 10-12 weeks, but it’s way overdue. I’ve reached out to them via email, phone number, and ********* for a refund and they’ve completely ignored me. Other customers have complaints about this company also and they’ve been ignored also. I can provide proof of the lack of communication on their part. I just want a 100% refund because it shouldn’t take over a year for a controller to be painted.

      I ordered a controller in December of 2023 I called and emailed so many times about how much longer it’ll take it’s been in the same spot for almost a full year and I spent a lot of money to not even get my controller

      I ordered a custom controller on December 9th, 2023.
      LaZa says they can’t ship the controller because ****/****** has not granted them the license to ship them yet. It’s been 10 months and still no game controller.
      I think I’m being scammed. Will not refund my money because you only have 14 days after the purchase to get a refund. Which would be impossible because supposedly that’s when they were building it. 10 months is a complete joke. Thank you.

      I ordered a *********** custom controller from this company on Jan 19 2024. I looked up reviews, and shipping estimates and even on their own site they estimate 15 weeks for the controller I ordered. As of today, we’re approaching 31 weeks without a shipping update. They periodically send what level of production the custom controller is in. Ten weeks ago in June it entered the “final stage” of quality control. So, you see even now it’s approaching triple their estimated time.

      Their customer service doesn’t seem very forthcoming which I will quote here on email I received today (8/22/2024): “ I see someone on our team has already let you know that your order is in the quality control phase and that it is completely normal for your controller to remain in this phase for an extended period of time due to the extensive testing we do to check for functionality and aesthetic design quality.”

      Ultimately, thanks for the response, but I’m sure they see it as completely normal for someone to cut their losses and not pursue a solution. I’ve seen online that their customer service can be petty. Instead of dealing with them, I’m seeking help from the Bureau.

      Order a custom Spider-Man controller on December 12, 2023 and have yet to receive it. It’s now August 2024. This was suppose to be 8-12 weeks process. I have email several times and they have given several excuses. No one has money to giveaway to these scammer people. Something need to be done about this company. As I look and read the reviews I see this is not something new for this company. At this point I’m reach out to anyone who can help.

      On April 23rd, 2023 I was sending back my controller for repairs since I had a warranty still on the product. I received instructions from Laza modz to send the controller back with the order number so that the controller would be worked on with no extra cost. I used ***** to send the package and the package was signed by a Laza modz employee. The controller was bought on April 21st, 2022 and was purchased with a two year warranty. Truly I'd just like a refund since I can tell that I will never receive my controller back. The business and Zak the owner have not tried resolving this issue. I paid 340 dollars for this product/warranty included.

      I purchased a product for $168 on December 6, 2024. They sell custom video game controllers. I never received my order and they will not answer emails, phone calls or voicemails regarding my order. I was told months ago it was almost complete. They took my money and never sent my product. They will not refund my money.

      I ordered a product from LazaMods on November 18th 2023 and I have yet to receive it. I tried contacting the company via email multiple times and they always say they’re still working on the product. The last email I sent is attached from June 8th 2024 and they did not respond. It’s been 7 months since I ordered and I’d like for them to refund my

      On October 13, 2023 I purchased a custom *** controller and was promised a turnaround date of up to 12 weeks. Every time I've tried to get an update in the last 8 months I am given a standard 'in production' email response with no estimated date of completion. This is unacceptable that the company refuses to refund after this much time has past. Absolutely a scam.
