      I have been in contact with company since March 26th and have been waiting for a product being sold 3 different time frames I would be getting my product shipped out. I contacted my bank to dispute a charge. I have been ignored since March 26th about the following USPS pick up. I have tried contacting them on Instagram. ********, called 3 times, and emailed both their emails on their website. My bank got involved and they threatened my bank with getting their lawyers involved. There are many reviews with how they do the same thing where people waited a year+ and received defective products. I am including emails, messages, and email statement from my bank. I just want my money back and never use this business again. It was a gift for my brother and now he doesn't even want it. ****** can't dispute because it's been over 120 days as well as my bank. They change their time frame frequently on their website about wait time. I made the order September 4th 2023 and now it's April 19th 2024. No product and now no communication.

      I ordered the controller October 2023 it is now April and they are giving me the run around I emailed them plenty of times they are a fraud they keep you waiting and waiting

      I made an order for a custom controller for playstation 5 and skin plates from them on 8/18/23. The website said it takes up to 8 weeks to get your order. It has now been seven months and their support team tells me to keep watching the track my order. My order has been in quality check for the past 5 months and they won't help me. I don't know what else to do to get what I paid for.

      I ordered a custom controller from this company on 8/8/2023, expecting it to receive it or at least have them ship it out 8-10 weeks later, as stated in the FAQ. However, it's been way past 10 weeks and my controller still isn't here. I made it clear to the customer support team that it's for my bf's birthday present, but they keep coming up with excuses. Then, in the end, they just send me these no-reply emails every few months to tell me that they are still working on the controller. I just would like my controller to be shipped out by the end of this month. If they cannot do that, I would like a full refund.

      They have lied about expected delivery dates. They refuse to give a realistic date. They promised it would arrive before the end of the year. The whine about taking on more orders while trying to attempt to finish current orders. They think that their bad business model will elicit sympathy from paying customers.

      I Order controller on 08/08/023 and I was told item be delivered in 11 weeks at the most. 5 months later no real updates and if I cancel a 25% restoking fee for service unfulfilled. I have now research complaints from other who have been scamed.

      On September 30th I ordered a custom controller from the website LaZaMods and also ordered overnight shipping on November 5th I requested a cancelation and refund the company told me it was impossible because the order had already shipped. Since I ordered overnight shipping I reached back out a few days/week later asking for an update on my shipped package with no response. I've sent several emails since then asking for a refund or an update on my product and the company has not responded to any of my attempts to contact them. I've tried calling, filling out their form on their website, and many emails all with no response.

      The customer’s order has already been refunded.We would also like to address and add context to the customers’
      complaint. 1. The order was placed on September 30. 2. The customer did NOT contact us on November 5th. Their own screenshot shows they tried to cancel their order on November 8th. After they got the shipping notification on November 6th as our screenshots prove. 3. We notified the customer that would not be possible and of our cancellation policy including wait times (6 weeks for cancellation review of a customized product. Also viewable on our FAQ page). 4. On December 7th the customer demanded a refund and that they are “entitled to the product”, even though they cancelled the order. 5. No call attempts have been made. We have records and recordings of all incoming and outgoing call logs. 6. Our response was final after the refund. They will NOT be receiving a free product as demanded. We will not be sending our luxury gaming products to someone
      that has cancelled their order and who has been refunded. This is an abuse of the BBB complaint system and should be
      removed from our record completely. We fulfilled the customer’s order on time. Created
      a shipping label, and luckily our *** driver missed our pickup window. In our
      opinion, the customer was going to take advantage of cancelling the order to
      get a refund and keep our merchandise. As this is what they specifically
      requested in the December 7th email message. They intended to abuse
      the refund / chargeback system the same way they have abused the Better
      Business Bureau complaint system.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
