      I’m Extremely Upset With This Company I Ordered Dec 23 2023 It’s Now May 7 2025
      They Haven’t Reached Out To Me With Any Update Because They Waiting On A License From Marvel To Release The Controller . Why Would You Sell Something That You Knew Needed A License I Spent 432.17 and They Wanted $50 More To Speed The Process Up But That’s Doesn’t Make Sense When They Waiting On Someone Else To Mail Them The License THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO REFUND EVERYBODY the banks won’t even give you back the money because the time frame

      Would not recommend!!!! a company claiming to be in business well over ten years and still have not found an effective way to produce their product without taking more than six months for one single item I have called left messages on their site emailed even went as far as DMing the company and owner on Instagram. Staff is rude and arrogant seeming to only be concerned with “perfection” and not the likeness of their customers I spent nearly $200 on a DC Batman themed controller in august of 2024 to this day still have not gotten any further updates or even a ETA on my paid in full item just an email how they have to go through licensing with no foreseeable delivery date

      I ordered a controller for Laza mode on December 14th 2023. As of February 2nd 2025, I still have not received my controller. They only responded to two of my inquiries when I asked about my controller. They gave me some dumb excuse about a controller update but nothing else to note. Do not buy from Laza modz.

      Ordered a batman controller december 4th 2023.
      Inquired in September 2024 after zero communication from them. They gave me excuses and tried to tell me how they’ve been in business for 1y years and blah blah blah, which I called them on. I told them they needed to refund me or send me the product. 9 months to receive a paid for product is unacceptable. They decided I wasn’t getting it at all and not getting my money back. It is now over a year. Do not buy from them!!!

      I placed order #**** on Dec 10, 2023. As of today 11/13/2024, I have not received my order or a refund. They do not respond to e-mails, chat or phone calls. They appears to be scammers.

      It'a been over one year and two months (August 13, 2023) since I've placed my order and as of today (October 28, 2024), I still have not received my order. I've been EXTREMELY patient and non-problematic throughout this process; they took advantage of that by not only ignoring my emails, but also preventing me from getting my money back. Learning that I'm not the only one they're doing this to is ridiculous. This company needs to be shut down.

      I ordered a custom controller from this business February 28th 2024. Said it could take up to 15 weeks ,well it’s been past 15 weeks. I have not gotten my controller. I have reached out multiple times. And nothing… I would like my money back

      My order number is #**** I order a dragon ball Z controller for $228 from this website back in December 10, 2023 hoping I would get it soon as it was a christmas gift, It’s now October 20th it’s been ten months & the status has been in the quality control stage for awhile I never had to wait this long to get something delivered the last email I sent to them was on october 19th still no response so I decided to take action & file a complaint just like There are tons of similar stories of this company on the internet that I’ve seen I am not the only one.

      I would never order from here again. Firstly I ordered my controller in January, nine months later it finally arrived. I was very disappointed as I had ordered a PS1 Lite themed controller and the one I received was much darker than the one advertised and on videos also the shape buttons were off center. Especially being that they said the reason for the delay was color correction. The colors were just very dark. I called customer service very calmly and spoke briefly with the very nice lady on the phone who had helped me before. I explained why I was disappointed and they transferred me to the guy who does the paint jobs I guess his name is Zach. Probably the single rudest individual I’ve ever spoken to who doesn’t care to hear anything you have to say. Immediately started laughing at me while I was explaining my situation and why I was unhappy with the color of the controller. He was incredibly insistent that, because he made them, they were perfect. He was incredibly aggressive, rude, and impossible to talk too. He only cared to hear that he was right and because he made them they were perfect. I was just trying to explain that the controller in my hand vs the controller I’m looking at on their side is like much darker than expected and he just kept aggressively interrupting me. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone just due to the fact that Zach was incredibly horrible to talk to and made this an awful experience. I expressed that the color seemed a couple shades darker and he started berating me saying “then tell me what that means, talk to me like I’m DUMB and explain to me what 3 shades darker means” just someone you should never let interact with customers because he will run everyone away with his horrible customer service.

      It’s been over a year since I placed an order with them and been in quality control since March. 6 months later it still hasn’t arrived and no communication. I left comments on there social media and they delete any post of customers saying they haven’t received there products. This company is a scam!
