      This company are frauds. You place an order for something and they tell you it will be ready in weeks. It's been 9 months since I placed an order with this company and they stopped responding to me in July after they asked what my order number was. I've replied back to them 3 times now asking for an update and they have yet to respond. They took my money and have yet to produce the product I ordered. There are tons of similar stories of this company on the internet and BBB needs to investigate this company for fraud.

      26 weeks still no order received.
      My order was placed November 27th I have filled complaints and attempted to contact this business but the phone number for customer support rings endlessly. The last email I received was in February stating that my order was in its last build phase. It’s now June and still nothing! If I wanted to cancel I’d have to pay a fee which makes absolutely no sense since the item has been paid for going on 7 months now. I’m upset and frustrated this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for 2023. Id give no stars if I could. Would not recommend this company at all, communication is terrible and I lost out on almost $200 for a stupid controller
      I may never receive! This company is a scam I feel like they’ve cut all communication with me.

      IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY -100 STARS I WOULD. THREATED MY BANK TO GET LAWYERS INVOLVED BECAUSE I WANT A $198 REFUND (WHICH BY THE WAY IF YOURE SCARED LOSING THAT YALL ARE POOR HILLBILLIES) BEEN WAITING 8 MONTHS, COMMUNICATION CUT OFF COMPLETELY, LIED TO ABOUT 3 DIFFERENT DATES- BEFORE CHRISTMAS, AFTER CHRISTMAS, AND MARCH 29TH WOULD OF BEEN ON THE DELIVERY TRUCK ( I HAVE EMAIL PROOF) THEY ARE A SCAM- REPORTED TO BBB BECAUSE THIS COMPANY USES THEIR 120 DAY POLICY AGAINST PEOPLE TO NOT PROVIDE THE REFUND ON NOT GETTING THE PRODUCT-IN OTHER WORDS YOU PAY ALMOST $200 TO GET SCAMMED- YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND GOD DONT LIKE UGLY SO GOD HAS A SPECIAL PLACE FOR EVIL HUMANS LIKE YOU ALL.       When I placed my order the FAQ stated it would take around 4-6 weeks to fulfill the order. The order ultimately took approximately 3 months and the FAQ was changed during my build to reflect a 10-12 week as I assume multiple complains were being raised.
      My order also did not come in with the custom name engraved into the controller. When I reached out, Laza Modz requested I send my controller back at my cost so they can make up for their mistake. When I politely asked for a refund for the engraving portion which I thought was fair they totally ghosted me.
      I can't recommend them at this point.

      Discrimination, false advertising, and shady practices.
      Took 3 months for a refund, and they owner stated that the only reason he refund and cancel my order was because he didn't like my social media presents.

      I love the Peter Parker Edition PS5 plates they custom made for me. It looks amazing with the matching controller.
