      ON DECEMBER 8 2024 MY BROTHER ***** USED MY CARTO DRIVE TILL HIS CAR WAS FIXED ABOUT 630 PM HE WAS HEADED HOME ON ** ***** ********** ** WHEN A DEER JUMPED OUT HIT CAR THE DEPUTY GOTDISPATCHED TO GET MCROBERTS TO TOW THE CAR SO DECEMBER 9TH 2024 I WENT TO MCROBERTS TO TAKE PICS OF THE CAR FOR INSURANCE I ASK THE OWNER HOW MUCH STATED HE DID NOT HAVE BILL READY I CALLED THE ADJUSTER THE OWNER PURPOSLEY HELD THE CAR SO HE COULD CHARGE STORAGE FOR 3 DAYS HE KNEW HE WAS GETTING A PAYMENT SENT TO HIM *** THE OWNER EVEN TOLD MY BROTHER THAT HE KNEW THE GUY THAT DELIVERS IN THIS AREA HE CALLED THE **** DRIVER HE KNEW HE WAS GETTING IT SO I LOOKED ON ************ AP THEY PAID MCROBERTS 1882.00 FOR TOW AND STORAGE SO I LOOKED UP VA LAWS OF TOWING MCROBERTS BY LAW CAN NOT CHARGE BUT 150 FOR A TOW AND 20 DOLLARS EXTRA WEEKENDS I ASKED THE OWNER HE REFUSED TO TALKED TO ME STATED I WAS CRAZY COME TO FIND OUT I AM NOT THE FIRST CUSTOMER MCROBERTS HAVE DONE THIS TO THERE VEHICLES IN HIS POSATION NOW THAT BEEN SITTING AT HIS LOTS MAX MEADOWS AND WYTHEVILLE WEAR HE MADE THE BILL SO HIGH THE COULD NOT GET THERE VEHICLES OUT HE IS PRICE GOUAGING AND PURPOSLEY DOING THIS NOT GOING BY VA LAWS OF TOWING I ALSO HASKED FOR DETAIL BILLIUNG AND RECIEPT TO THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY

      This was a state police call, the prices are not the same as tow, this was an accident and the costs are different.   He called me multiple that night into the middle of night wanting to access the car.  We let him know we open at 9 am and he could come get items out of the car.
