      On 3-8-2025 I was driving home from ct I had just lost my mom which is why I was in ** I went off the road & was stuck someone stopped to try and pull me out but instead ripped off my drivers side suspension and took off, Someone else stopped and called the police who called b&b towing and recovery to tow my car. The tow truck driver was very nice he said if I had it towed home it would be $580 but if I had it towed to their yard it would be covered through my Insurance so thats where I had it towed. He also said he wasnt sure if the repair would be something they could handle as the usually only work on 18 wheelers there so to just call and find out. I called and was told to file the claim with insurance and they would see what they could do once the estimate came in it took about a week or 2 for the estimate to come in once it did I called b&b towing back and they told me they would get pictures of the repair over to their mechanic **** to see if it was something he was willing to do and have him call me back with a yes or no I never heard back from them. I had to call them every day this week just trying to figure out if he would do the work or not, I finally got ahold of him for him to say hes not doing it so that same day I made arrangements to have it picked up by another repair/towing company. When I called to release my car b&b towing told me I had to pay $2,200 before they would release it, I stated I was told if I had it towed there it would be paid by my insurance and that I shouldnt be charged for storage as no one from their company contacted me as they said they would to tell me they couldnt or wouldnt do the repairs. Last I was told is that the mechanic would call me back to let me know yes or no and he nor anyone else ever called me then every day this week Ive been told **** would call me back but never did finally today 3-19-25 I called and wouldnt stop till I got **** on the phone. Now they refuse to release my car until $2,200 is paid
