    The facility was very nice and clean, but they had a "temporary doctor" there ( he said he wasn't going to be working there much longer ), and he made false statements about me in the notes he wrote after my visit with him. He was rude and it seemed like he didn't believe that I was having migraine headaches and bad menopausal menstrual periods. He refused to prescribe me anything to help. I did not see the notes he wrote about the doctor visit i had with him, until i got home and checked my email. The office sent an email with a link to "Athena ************ I signed in and created a password so i could see what the doctor wrote about me, and there were two instances of completely false information. I can't believe this doctor was so stupid and rude, someone should probably report him for medical malpracitce. HIs name was ***************** MD.
