      I ordered a gift for my granddaughter online from this company. They had sent me a catalogue and I am trying to support smaller businesses. The tracking after the shipment shows that the gift was delivered to an address that does not exist. I emailed the company and received no response. So the next day I called. The first representative took my information and said that she was transferring me to customer service and the call was dropped. I called again. The second person took my information and said that she was transferring me to customer service. The call was dropped. The third time I called I gave the information again and was put on hol for over 20 minutes. Then I was told that customer service was no longer available because I had been on hold until 5:00. I was then instructed to send another email. This time they responder and said that there is nothing that they can do because it was a mistake on the part of **** They did not offer to contact *** and in fact told me it was up to me to fix it. They did not offer to send another item or to refund the item if not found. They suggested checking with my neighbors which of course I had already done. I want other customers to know that this company does not want to work with people who order from them. I found there response to be terse and condescending.
