    We hired Jesse as our wedding photographer and the package we paid for included a "10x10 ************** Hardcover wedding book (40 spreads)". My husband and I were originally supposed to get married in October 2020, but, due to COVID-19, we postponed to 10/1/2021. We still have not received the wedding album. Our experience with Jesse prior to our wedding and on the day of our wedding was amazing. Our pictures came out beautifully too and we received the link to our photos on his website within 6 weeks of our wedding.Our experience since receiving our photos in November 2021 has been frustrating. Previously, Jesse told us this would be completed in the off season/winter. Fast forward to October 2022 when we finally found out from Jesse what he needed from us to complete our album. We sent him an excel document with the list of photos we wanted in the album.After not hearing anything, I followed up with Jesse in March 2023 for an update. After the second email, Jesse responded to let us know that the excel file we sent in October (yes, 5 months prior!!!) was corrupted and could not be opened. Within an hour, I responded back with an uncorrupted excel file, along with a pdf of the file to ensure there were no further issues.I am filing this the day after our SECOND wedding anniversary, given after 7 unanswered emails, one unanswered contact request submitted on his website and at least two unanswered voicemails, we still are awaiting our wedding album. We've been very patient and understanding that COVID made things extremely crazy for all wedding vendors. However, we just would like to receive the album we paid for.
