    I am an 80-year old woman on a fixed income who takes care of her completely disabled husband. I contracted for care for my husband and paid a $560 deposit. Prior to ANY services being rendered, I canceled my service request due to finding other assistance. The owner contacted me and told me that they would charge me a $150 cancellation fee but would refund the remainder of my deposit ($410). I was fine with that resolution since I had canceled after they matched me with a caregiver. Unfortunately, it is two months later, and despite myself and my daughter repeated calling and leaving messages, I have not received any reimbursement. We have been completely ghosted with no response or call back. The owners disrespectful treatment of an elderly person is shameful and deceptive. She promised to refund my deposit and has left me out of money that I use to care for my husband. Shame on you ****** and BEWARE anyone who looks to contract with this person or company.
