      i contacted **** schermerhorn on 8/18/24 asking if she does clearnings as she advertises to be "coach, reiki healer, Quantum Healer with amazing results, Ancestral Healing, Weight loss coach and Hypnotherapist,"Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and an Energy Medicine Practitioner. A zoom session took place on 8/21/24 where **** shut her eyes for 20 minutes. I paid **** $333.00.After absolutely no changes in my mind, body or spirit were felt, I requested a refund. She insisted on another session whichentailedanother zoom call andher closing her eyes for 20 minutes again on 9/4/24.On 11/1/24, I again requested a refund as nothing had changed. She refused. People shouldbe informed UP FRONT there are no guarantees when it comes to paying a substantial amount of money.. She should be investigated for fraud and false advertising.Hi ******,There are never guarantees with any healing Sometimes we need antibiotics.The healing works on a physical, mental,emotional and spiritual level. People receive upgrades to their chakras, clear their Akashic records, and heal their past lives and ancestors. You received a powerful healing I'm sorry can't reimburse you, but I'm happy-offer you another healing on me I'm so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with you.Warmest regards,****

      Dear ******,

      As you can see I did respond and offer you additional services.  You are paying me for my time and over 25 years of expertise. Many people require more than one session.  When you go to the doctor and they don't resolve the issue right away, you don't get a refund.  I have always been in integrity in my practice and have never had a complaint. Not everyone is ready to heal.  When I work with people I always tell them there are no guarantees.  Sometimes issues are much deeper and require multiple sessions. I have never claimed to be a one hit wonder.  I am sorry that you are not happy with our work together.  In the attached letter you can see that I did offer additional sessions to help you on me. 

      I wish you the best of luck resolving your issues, I am still available to do additional work with you on me if you so desire.

      I am requesting a full refund.   **** "closing her eyes for 20 minutes" is a joke.   Why would I do that again with someone i feel is a fraud?   I won't. There are no guarantees,   Should have been communicated upfront.
